The Knicks head to Milwaukee to take on the shitty Bucks.
Let’s go, Knicks!
58 still theoretically possible!

Shump Shump ?
Jose Jose!!
Great title, Brian. I hope it comes true. 😉
58 is possible if we go 21-2 to end the season, i think. Let’s go for it! 😀
Jesus, Sims averaging 8.7 pts and 8.3 rebounds in 26 minutes lately. That’s nuts, although I’m very happy for him.
And I thought Kevin Porter Jr sucked. Did he just get better? Was there a different Kevin Porter Jr?
I’m so confused…
Should we fear the deer?
JB averages almost 33ppg against the Bucks and has scored 36 or more eight of the last ten games against them. That’s a hopeful stat.
The Bucks stream had a brief feature on Sims who app ao as the nickname JRock. They seem to like him there and I’m happy for him too.
The Deer take a buttload of threes, and hit a buttload of them, too.
Shamet might need to enter the starting lineup for Hart.
1
OG is 4 of 26 since returning !?!? Yikes!
Over/under on KAT shot attempts – 5?
Maybe not!
Shamet might need to enter the starting lineup for Hart.
Josh: “Hold my beer”
I prefer how it’s going now
KAT with no shots in 5 min while Hart is open every possession is not ideal, even if it has worked.
They really are leaving Hart wide open
Yeah marechal that’s the issue is even if Hart is aggressively taking 3s and making a majority of them feels like teams will still leave him open regardless.
I did wish Kat had bashed Kuzma down low earlier when he had the chance, partly because I always want someone to bash Kuzma.
Bucks just launching first quick 3pter they get and so far are swishing the shit out of them.
Hart in double digits and the game doesn’t even have 6 mins. Who had this on your bingo card?
Brown reading KB, Diawara in early.
Over looking good, whatever the number is
Brunson looooves playing the Bucks.
Brunson is on one.
Considering the Bucks can’t miss a shot, this is an excellent first quarter.
Towns really leaving his mark on this game.
They’re calling this weird and really close. I didn’t think that was a foul at all on Mitch, and the foul on Brunson wasn’t a 2026 foul, really.
Brunson going for 80…
Brunson on pace for 80
7 of 11 from deep and losing by 8.
Cap is feelin’ it!
Cures all ills
Amazing what happens when you hit your 3 pointers
Like those last three plays. KAT driving into the lane from a nice post position, Mo D dropping a triple, then OG hitting his three.
When Bucks don’t launch 3s and are forced to create offense Knicks are doing a great job forcing turnovers.
Mo feels better than Sochan right now. By a mile.
Not sure the sample is huge but this is factorial.
Brunson leads the Knicks in points and rebounds.
sochan bricking that layup last game have halted the clinical trial
The Bucks announcers mentioned that Hart was one of several Knicks shooting over 40% from three. Within looking, who are the others?
Deuce & Diawara, if he counts.
Bridges has been great defensively lately.
Sochan – I can go 1-6 too man!
Bridges has had two sweet blocks tonight
Who is Porter Jr?!?
I do miss Jericho’s insane hops
KAT commits the dumbest fouls. Every game he astonishes me.
Loved that Mitch assist. His post rebound passing has improved a lot since his rookie year.
I hate lineups that don’t have either Bridges or OG….
Deuce & Diawara, if he counts.
Also Shamet
Shamet. OG. Mitch the dish.
Love it
I guess when we make shots and don’t commit stupid turnovers we’re good?
I hope Giannis is watching this ❤️
Who is Porter Jr?!?
I don’t entirely remember but I looked into him a while ago and he took a plea deal to lower a domestic violence charge.
Are we sure that Hart isn’t a worse defender than KAT?
Anyway fuck that excellent 1st half by the Knicks the offense was beautiful to watch.
I’m worried about owen’s wellbeing with these KAT fouls.
Mikal…
Knicks offense is no longer beautiful to watch…
At least Brown knows when to call timeouts.
Pretty funny, I was watching OG dribble the ball down the court, and I said to myself, Knicks aren’t getting a shot on this possession.
Yup.
The Pistons hate us so much they’re gonna lose on purpose to the Cavs without Harden and Spida
KAT was so lost in the defensive possession that led to Hart’s 4th foul.
beauty mitch
I guess I am behind a fair bit on Gotham Sports. Nice block.
Cam not a bucket tonight
mo has got to work on his finishing game around the rim
1
Feels like Diawara could lock up the backup 4 position tonight with his 1-5 performance, which says everything you need to know about Sochan
I think Mikal is hurt?
Edit: maybe not
Diawara with the full repertoire on display the last 4 minutes.
KAT needs to work on getting a better whistle
Sure looked like a foul. And then the missed dunk
I want to see a no true C lineup with OG/Sochan/Diawara. Add Hart for rebounding.
Do I think that’s a good lineup? No. I just want to see it.
Holy cow Clarkson sucks.
It could be because our shots went in and we created separation or because the Bucks don’t seem to be friends of defense at all or both. Who knows. For whatever reason, this one felt like a very low intensity game. It was as if a bunch of friends were playing against each other, but the talent on the Knicks team was vastly superior. Any W is welcome, of course.
Well, on Sunday at noon is when the chips will be on the table and we will need both intensity as well as shooting. On va voir, as the French say.
Bucks were 8-2 last 10 games so this is a pretty nice win by the Knicks especially considering they blew them out big time.
33 assists.
The Bucks shot the lights out early, but all game I was really impressed with the defense on point and the rotations. Crisp.
friday night knicks deliver the dub…noice…
kool mo d back to his undeniable nba ascension…
I can’t believe they gave Detroit 3 free throws on that
The only concern with Mo is his shooting, and the stroke looks rock solid…2-3 from 3, 4-4 from the line, don’t think the rim was ever involved.
I hate to say it, but if we are going to get to the finals, he has to be involved.
Hopefully the Sochan experiment is over. His shot is incredibly broken and the defense hasn’t been as good as advertised. Brown gave it the old college try but Mo needs to be our second wing off the bench
not to get too far ahead of things, interested to see though how mo returns next season (hopefully in a knick uni)…whether he muscles up or stays fairly slender…
son watched a bit of the game with me, just kept pointing at 51 and repeating myself that mo was only 20 years old, and how lucky we were to find him in the second round of the draft…
I mean, it’s good to have Sohan as a deep bench situational piece, but he has nowhere near as much upside as Diawara.
with the spurs coming to town sunday, wonder if MB will try to get sochan some court time…
honestly, mo’s development (and everyone else’s continued health) may be 2 key factors to finish the season…
someone mentioned it earlier – may be time to put shamet back in to the starting lineup…josh’s shot has been looking pretty shaky for a few weeks now…
The thing about Mo that jumps out is his passing. Not that it’s great, but it’s pretty advanced for a 6’9″ gangly rookie.
He also drew two fouls on hard decisive drives. Then swished all 4 FTs.
His defense is better than passable, although far from great, still lots of rookie mistakes. But Brown should continue to coach this sponge up. He might just be vitally important in a minutes-eating capacity behind OG in the playoffs. He doesn’t kill you out there.
geo, I don’t think you don’t start Josh….he’s too important to mess with his head at this point. Just keep him on a short leash…pull him after 506 minutes unless he has it going. Then play him in the correct lineups/situations for the rest of the game.

“I mean, it’s good to have Sohan as a deep bench situational piece”
Did you watch those last 4-5 minutes? Sochan and Clarkson were worse than rancid meat. Those few minutes almost totally ruined an otherwise beautiful experience. Like seeing the Mona Lisa in the usual packed crowd and then as you’re leaving letting loose with a tremendous fart.
“Like seeing the Mona Lisa in the usual packed crowd and then as you’re leaving letting loose with a tremendous fart.”
I might actually enjoy that, but hey, that’s me!
I hate to say it, but if we are going to get to the finals, he has to be involved.
I don’t understand why anyone would hate to say they drafted a 20 yr old guy at 51 and he has progressed far faster than possibly imaginable and he has vast upside relatively untapped. That’s generally a good thing.
good point z-man…that first quarter though was like some kind of hack a mitch stuff…josh was soooooooo wide open…
you’d like to suppose the knicks would punish the other team for that disrespectful shit, but – they’re doing it for a good reason…
It’s hard to knock a team that’s 44-14, but when I watch the Pistons (against any other team but the Knicks) I think:
“is that all there is?”
Right-o, Z-Man, should have written that the big fat guy standing next to you lets out a tremendous fart.
since jalen got here, been apprehensive about us using another shortish point guard as a backup…
jose alvarado has entered my basketball circle of trust way quicker than I could have ever imagined…who cares how tall he is, I do not…
