The Jazz should destroy the Knicks, but the Jazz sometimes struggle to score, so I wouldn’t be shocked if the Knicks give them a run here.
All you need is for the Jazz to have an off-shooting night and the Knicks would have a chance. After all, the Jazz are the #17 offense in the NBA, ya know?
Let’s go, Kadeem and MitchRob!

An auspicious start.
Looking back at it, Kevin Knox getting the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for December sure looks foolish in retrospect. It seemed almost like a “Trae Young did worse than he did in November, so we can’t give it to him again.”
Sure glad we didn’t draft Mitchell over Frank…
MitchRob looks a step slow, I wonder if he’s hit the rookie wall…
I feel like Waldorf and Statler during the opening number of The Muppets. “Well, I’ve seen enough.”
Ingles destroying Knox
It’s impossible to cover for how bad his defense is.
Think Donovan remembers that the Knicks passed on him?
Put us out of our misery and Let This Season End Already….
Enduring this total shit show of a season only to get the #5 pick in the draft would be the ultimate indignity.

Is there any chance LeBron wants Fiz to replace Walton?
Plz God if there is one….
@3
At least we ended up with DSJ anyway right?
Games like this are why the NBA season doesn’t really need to be 82 games long.
I guess it’s just us and the Suns now.
Stat-paddin’ time!
I had a play around with Tankathon on my lunch break. I am not sure what the reasoning is, but I ran it about a dozen times and it seems to have a bias of having us pick 5 and a team jumping 6+ spots to take the no.1 pick…….so yeah not to be a negative Nelly, but I am bracing for 5 🙁
I can’t watch the game, but looking at the box score, I saw that Knox played 44 minutes. I have no idea why. His plus minus wasn’t bad compared to the rest of the starters if you look at it on a per minute basis and his stat line was nice, 27 points on 17 shots with 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Did he actually play well on offense?
Knox is definitely shooting better. This game was basically over in the first quarter so I wouldn’t give him too much credit, just like Mitch’s triple double was tainted.
I will say that Ellenson is an interesting scrub.

Thanks Z-man. Ellenson’s box score is quite impressive, now that I look at it.
Knox has definitely improved his left hand.
Tankathon has also given me three #1 slots in a row. It’s not tainted. It’s just chance.
If that’s the case, I will have to decline any requests to be the Knicks rep on lottery night ha ha
Wow, Embiid just destructed the Celts in a rip your heart out kind of game. It would worry me that the Sixers’ bench only scored 8 points . It’s almost as if the Sixers played it like a playoff game, meaning that there’s nowhere to go but down.
Looks like Mitch came on strong at the end of the game, probably when Gobert left the game. Decent statline. It’s almost like if you give him 30 minutes good things will happen.
Also, Joe Ingles huh? Who the hell is that guy?
Joe Ingles is the second best Australian in the NBA. He’s great.
Ellenson has been pretty terrible overall but he has thrown in a few nice games.
Jinglin’ Joe is our national treasure.
i got so bored during the game i noticed that jazz starting backcourt both shared names with fish related restaurant chains. rubios you probably know and mitchell’s fish market was actually bought by landry’s which now shares an owner with the rockets. then i realized that ingles is a sizeable grocery chain and rudy’s is a legit bbq chain and obviously i started to get a bit excited like someone who sees a water stain on their garage wall in the shape of one of the beatles and then realizes there are three other water stains nearby. but then i ran into the land mine of derrick favors and i had to watch the game again.
I have no interest in Ellenson. He just looks slow out there too often. Unless he starts hitting threes at a high rate, he’s not that useful.
Also, Luke Kornet’s TS% is down to .517 on the year. Do people still want him next year?
@28 dying
Whether to keep Kornet depends on what else is available. He is still only 23. Teams need back of the bench bigs and he is already good for that role. Three point percentages for players who don’t get that many minutes will fluctuate a lot. That said, I thought he had improved considerably over last year just watching him, but his stats are just about the same as last year’s were, although he did have many more minutes this year than last. So who knows if he will improve for next year.
Yeah, the Kornet regression has been disappointing. I’d still take him back on the cheap because he’s probably better than most minimum guys, but I wouldn’t make keeping him any kind of priority.
Oh, and #NeverMudiay
When he was making 3s and his TS% was a little higher, some people here liked him more than Porzingis. lmao
