    Question of the Day:

Are the Knicks the NBA champions?

Good luck to everyone going to the parade! Report in as often as you can/want. I have to record two podcast this morning, so I’ll be watching it on a delay.

Dolan’s edict to stay out of the second apron pretty much spells the end for Mitch and Landry as Knicks. Shitty as that is, their departures would appear to open the door to retaining Mo, who looked as good as gone until yesterday.

We got here at 7:30 and couldn’t get closer than a block west behind the Trinity church. Totally mobbed. Assuming that there’s not a killer stampede, still great to be part of this orange and blue sea!

What might be happening in the NBA is the owners are counting on the fans to not really understand the apron penalties so they can create a de facto salary cap without negotiating one.

But we’ll see. I’m still banking on “Dolan’s a blabbering narcissist, and the people in charge will figure it out”. Going over the apron (if you have your team in place) is actually a huge competitive advantage. It’s probably the second biggest advantage you can have in the NBA after rookie contracts.

I also trust the Knicks to be able to play “I can’t do that day” long enough for the White House thing to blow over.

    On to el paredo.

Too bad i live thousands of miles away, now this is a parade i’d like to be a part of. 🧡💙
To all of you who are going, have fun and stay safe! 🏆🥳

Was going to write what Hubert just did, for fuck’s sake stop it Hubert.

As for someone’s comment yesterday about Dolan not being a racist, okay maybe, but he’s best buddies with a guy who might not be the biggest racist in America but is certainly the most important one, and he’s trying to force his team to socialize with the guy.
