TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — It was a scary sight for the basketball community, Knicks fans surely included.
Duke freshman Zion Williamson suffered double vision Saturday after being poked in the left eye during the No. 1 Blue Devils’ 80-78 win over No. 13 Florida State.
Williamson did not play during the…

Following yet another rout on his home floor Friday night against the Pacers, Knicks head coach David Fizdale was asked what is wrong with his team’s defense. He had a very definitive, but simple answer.

In what was an ACC thriller in Tallahassee, Duke’s R.J. Barrett and Cam Reddish were crucial in turning an upset into a big road win against the No. 13 ranked Florida State Seminoles.

Coach Roy Williams endured his worst home loss in 16 seasons with the Tar Heels. Elsewhere, No. 4 Virginia improved to 15-0 and Kansas State upset No. 20 Iowa State.

It’s not just the perimeter defense that concerns David Fizdale. It’s not the transition defense or the post defense or the perimeter defense. Not even the weak-side defense. “All of it,” the Knicks coach said. His frustration with that end of the floor is understandable. The Knicks have allowed at least 109 points in a…

Frank Ntilikina’s sprained left ankle is trending in the right direction. After missing the past three games, the French point guard may be active Sunday against the 76ers at the Garden after taking part in Saturday’s practice. “There’s a chance,” Knicks coach David Fizdale said. “He played some two-on-two, some three-on-three. He’s cutting. He’s moving….

Since there is at best a less than 3 in 20 chance that we land Zion, scouting the draft this year is going to be a monster task. There are probably less than 10 impact players in this draft class, a couple of which are not possibly going to get drafted in the top ten (see: Kawhi Leonard, Nicola Jokic)
At this time, I wouldn’t take Bol Bol no matter how low he fell to us, unless I had a trade offer on the table for him. Just too much injury risk.
How long will it take the Knicks to ‘rebuild’ one low-probability-of-success draft at a time?
Fizdale knows exactly what’s wrong with the Knicks defense

I know, too. It’s him.
I also like Barrett and Reddish more than most here but understand the concerns.
I’m lukewarm on Ja Morant, but will reserve judgment.
Hachimura seems interesting but kind of like this year’s Mikal or Miles, not sure of upside.
Guys like Porter jr., Little, Garland, Culver deserve serious consideration.
I wonder what former usernames ProjectKnicks has used from the same IP address.
Wonder no more, my dear cheap salesman: none.
Your heritage is that of reub, Itallion Stallion, GianiDani and some others that no one can or would ever have remembered. And that’s factorial.
No harm in being presumed this or that by a pompous, cheap salesman. Maybe you can request a ban using your ‘connections’?
Maybe I’m Jon Abby or perhaps Ruruland. who knows…
Most likely, though, I’m simply someone capable of easily recognizing a cheap, dim-witted salesman pretending to be more than he really is by dropping names and obscure little numbers.
Cole Aldrich was great, remember?
Do not despair, though: soon you will be joined by a couple of minions in gratuitously attacking me, at which point I will just silently enjoy the barking. That’s what you do. That’s your nature, cheap salesman.
Ruru wasn’t a troll. He was a pretty patient and pleasant person for the most part. He just had terrible basketball opinions.
Reub was an intentional troll who just wanted attention. He intentionally derailed conversations with his fake naïf persona. He was the worst.
Our new troll is just sort of an abrasive garden variety asshole. He’s not particularly clever or unique. He doesn’t really belong in the pantheon of KB trolls.
I just let the mods do their work. The kind of thing you’re doing? Doesn’t fly here, anymore.
Well, the fact that he knows about the whole Cole Aldrich thing kinda shows he’s obviously old around here. I’ve been just ignoring, bar those racist messages a while ago, because for trolls to matter they have to at least be interesting. Ruru was definitely interesting to watch as he contorted himself in 120 different ways to defend Melo. This dude is just boring.
You mean, I will be banned because the “kind of thing I’m doing”, which is to defend myself from your unprovoked attack, ‘doesn’t fly’ here anymore?
You’re a pompous, unfair, cheap salesman trying to bully me for absolutely no reason. You attacked me out of the blue. For absolutely no reason. I just won’t take it. Fuck you.
“You’re a pompous, unfair, cheap salesman,” he says. “Stop attacking me,” he says. “Everyone keeps using the word ‘factorial’ and it must be a dumb, unfunny inside joke because I don’t understand it,” he says. “I am a victim, here,” he says.
ProjectKnicks thinks tanking doesn’t always get you the best players, and for this reason people insult him and suggest he be banned? That is ridiculous. Let’s have different opinions flow instead of insults
