February 22nd, 2016 – the dawning of Jimm-sanity, the Mormons will be rockin’ MSG tonight!

Berman’s Twitter feed tonight should be hilarious. Especially since Jimmer probably won’t play much, if at all.

We need help now, we already lost out on Varejao and david lee. we need to move fast on Barnani.

we need better floor spacing and more opportunities for offensive rebounds

Also our EmbrassingGIFs Per/36 is way down. Gotta look at that.

Jowles you been to see my upstart Blazers recently? How are they managing to survive the loss of all Lamarcus’ midrange jumpers? They only signed trash low money retreads like Aminu & Ed Davis-it doesn’t make any sense.

It’s pretty funny that the Blazers are tied for the 6th seed with Anderson Varejao as their highest paid player (by a lot). (Nobody on their team is making more than $7,500,00 this year).

I’m confused. Maybe I’m missing something. What does Andy have to do with the Blazers? Am I completely spacing?

He was on the Blazers for a day or two after the trade deadline, and they’re probably on the hook for some part of his salary-that shit gets too confusing for me.

It seriously is amazing that the Blazers have 29 wins in the WC with basically one player anyone has heard of.

The Blazers are playing a brand of “system basketball” that actually works. The system is: bomb a ton of threes, and rebound the basketball.

Mike Woodson was a visionary who was unfortunately ahead of his own brain.

A friend of mine turned down free tickets to the Warriors game. She was like, “Isn’t Golden State bad at round-orange-bouncy-ball?” I hyperventilated. Haven’t been yet this season. I know, I’m terrible.

“Mike Woodson was a visionary who was unfortunately ahead of his own brain.”

    lol

Ed Davis has yet to be below average in his NBA career by ws/48. And he was one of the best players statstically the year he graduated from college, i dimly recall.

    DRed for GM 2017

Mike Woodson was a visionary who was unfortunately ahead of his own brain.

They paved paradise and put up Andrea Bargnani

Upon ascending to the GM throne next year my very first step will be to delete my twitter account.

No matter what General Manager DRed does, I know he’s goink to do a great job.

Why can’t we make this happen? What does Jackson have that DRed doesn’t, aside from senility and clumsy texting thumbs?

I saw elsewhere that the Knicks said Rambis’ twitter account was hacked. What prompted that. Did he post the Jim Mora ‘playoffs’ video? lol

He re-tweeted a NSFW tweet from an “adult-themed” twitter account.

They blamed that on the hack. However, he was and still is following the um, un-coach like account @greatassdaily and another suspect account that goes by the name “Swords Baby Girl.” LOL

It just never ends with this team, does it?

Just don’t tell him about what happened to believed-in Cole.

My cynical take on the Melo minutes thing is Rambis needs an excuse to get more HC time after the team still sucks. Melo out 6-8 weeks+ could be an excuse.

Thanks Dominick. Anyway there is a game tonight to distract us from all this, or so I tell myself.

Eh, honestly I’m giving Rambis the benefit on this one.

Anyone with a Twitter account for long enough can tell you sometimes you mysteriously get favorites and follows on accounts you definitely never interacted with. Happens to me and friends every so often. It’s just how those Twitter spam bots work.

I don’t know Rob. I see what you’re saying, but I think the reality is: Yes, I too get the occasional random, weird, NSFW account following me, which is fine – I don’t care who sees what I tweet.

However, I don’t think a Twitter spam bot can get into your account and start adding accounts YOU follow. In other words, to be FOLLOWING an account, you have to manually click on it yourself to start following. Does that make sense?

I suppose if someone or something actually hacked into his account (i.e. got his password) then sure they could start tweeting out anything, retweeting anything, and adding any account to who he follows. But from where the @greatassdaily account is at in his list of who he follows, it looks like he’s been following it for awhile.

And unfortunately as I finish typing this I immediately regret it because:
    1. I come off like I spend way too much time on twitter.
    2. I’ve now typed greatassdaily twice (now 3 times).

Yeah I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt on liking a porn tweet. I’m far less willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when Ian Begley reports: “Kurt Rambis says he’d like Sasha Vujacic to be more consistent in facilitating and running the offense.” That’s 1000x more concerning to me.

But from where the @greatassdaily account is at in his list of who he follows, it looks like he’s been following it for awhile.

Why are we hating on coach for showing some initiative and taking Phil and Charley’s scouting philosophy to the streets of Twitter?

I personally think it would be great if he just came out and said “Yes, I follow it. Can we move on?”

It reminds me of the time it was discovered that Kanye travelled with a backpack full of porn. His response was, “I didn’t get caught with porn. I’m a grown man – I have porn.”

No, what I’m saying is, there are spam bots on Twitter that can and do follow spam/NSFW accounts for you. It doesn’t happen frequently but it has happened several times to me and people I know who are very active on Twitter. That’s how some of those bots work to get their followers instead of purchasing packets of followers like other accounts do. As far as I know, they don’t hack your account, they are just somehow able to take those minor actions on your behalf, probably through access from a third party application (something like Who Unfollowed Me, SurveyMonkey, etc.) that you have granted superficial access to your public Twitter profile.

Do you guys really think a guy who looks like this would be following a NSFW Twitter account? Please. The man is obviously and perpetually redolent of female bodily fluids.

Deep cut. I love it. Thank you for never letting anything go, Knickerbloggers. Never forget.
