2024 Playoff Thread: Knicks vs Sixers, Game 5, No Return to Philly Opener, which I say is a thing

As I noted last time, I’m on vacation early this week, so it’s hard for me to follow this awesomeness. I watched Game 4 on my phone in a friend’s house (Cable sucks, but I love being able to get NBA games wherever I am in the country). He had a phone stand, so we were all gathered around my phone on his kitchen table.

Anyhow, after yet another backbreaking win, come on, people, no way this gets back to Philly. Let’s hope they make this one an easy one, and maybe Brunson breaks his own Knicks playoff point record!

Fuck Joel Embiid. No “fuck Philly,” but perhaps “No thank you” to Philly. And let’s go, Knicks!

Bogey’s bad news, tonight’s game’s gonna be another fight…

Let’s Defend Out Turf! Let’s Go Knicks!

(and FUCK JOEL EMBIID)

Barkley says “The Knicks are the better team.”

Shaq says “Sixers.”

Shaq also says, “I never even heard of Deuce McBride. 51 points? That’s energy.” Haha

Pag says …?

LET’S CLOSE THIS OUT!!

If Embiid truly has a migraine we should be extra physical tonight.

NO MERCY

TNT mentioned that Deuce is outscoring the Philly bench by himself and of course Shaq said he had never heard of Deuce.

May this be another hard fought game and may nobody get injured and may great memories be formed by those who witness it and may the Sixers win.

I don’t think beers are going to get the job done. It’s time to break out the high test.

Bummer about Bogey but, like all season, that simply means the next guy needs to step up and perform. So I guess that’s…Alex Burks? 😬 Let’s hope Divo goes off!

time to strap myself in and ride this one out…

hopefully we win…I’ll assume the worse though from the beginning…

Awful start by DDV, awful

He did not get today’s memo.

To win by 20, we must score at least 20, right?

Some ugly basketball from both teams. Wondering if they’re both exhausted.

Without Bogey there aren’t any options except Deuce to give the offense a spark.

Dumb turnovers are even worse than stupid shots, Thibs needs to wake up the guys and soon…

Steady on, gents. We could be down much more. Slow. Work the offense. Get stops. And repeat.

I admit that I haven’t watched any first halves of this series. Have all these great games started like this?

(I’m starting to count down to the Cavs Magic tipoff)

they figured out that blind pig action finally, jalen needs to fake the cut now and just pop for the three

Yikes! I expected to be down way more based on this thread.

Blowout loss coming though, definitely. Embiid finishes with 64 points, breaking Jordan’s playoff scoring record.

OG, man. Dude is gonna make me cry with joy. The shot. The block. As fucking advertised.

I admit that I haven’t watched any first halves of this series. Have all these great games started like this?

Actually this is our best start of the series.

I think we’re going to roast them if we keep pushing the pace and taking advantage of the drop coverage scheme that Embiid requires

This this is gonna be the Tobias Harris game, isn’t it?

He was biding his time and saving his energy to live up his contract in just one game!

I love that iHart finally got Thibs to read that John Wooden book he always has in his bag.

Mitch is playing! That takes some of the sting out of losing Bojan.

Too bad he only makes FTs in the clutch lol

You literally — in the Doogie approved sense of the word — can’t do worse on offense than we did over the first ~4:30 but we were still only down 5.

So in a sense it was our worst start, but we haven’t been down double digits so that also makes it our best start.

Knicks have better players in the stands than on the court! Melo, Starks, Ewing, LJ, Camby and Spree.

Oubre shoved Mitch multiple times, of course TNT doesn’t mention that

Mitch letting them know there won’t be any horseshit tonight.

I don’t think I could’ve imagined a worst 1st quarter by the Knicks, this is truly disappointing.

I guess I’m glad I thought the game started at the half hour mark.

Anyway, I’m here now, but could use a drink already.

Shit. Looks like we lose here, then G6 is a guaranteed loss and G7 with them having all the momentum is terrifying.

Coming back from down 3-1 is just the perfect redemption arc for Embiid. Get your bets in now for Sixers in 7 while the odds are good….

That was maybe our worst quarter of the season and we’re only down 9. We’ll stabilize.

You can’t run the iHart sets with Mitch, but that kinda seems like what they’re doing. Thibs really loves running the same sets with both units.

This is playing out just likes games 1 and 2: Slow start in Q1, come back hard in Q2, waver in Q3, pull it out in Q4. 🤞🏻

we’ve just sworn off the roll man as a religion we’re so used to the pivot dho 5. jalen had mitch all star game open on the roll and never looked.

The league is trying to extend the series by sealing the Knicks rims and smearing butter all over their hands.

There goes “Punch them hard in the mouth early and watch them crumble.”

I love Jalen Brunson.

jalen had mitch all star game open on the roll and never looked.

That one was painful but at least Mitch is getting his cardio. I honestly wonder if leaving Mitch was intentional by Philly

The announcer just noted that the Knicks have only two guys on their team who were lottery picks. Randle is one. Who is the other?

OG’s mind on that play, “Hart, man, you just took that rebound from me. Oh, wait, I’m shooting a three. Swish. Thx. Hahaha.”

One underrated part of having Hart is that out fast break offense without him would be non-existent. I don’t think Brunson has the wheels to beat defenses down the court.

KBers -5
Cyber +4

Cyber loves small sample theatre 😉

Feeling more confident with Cyber on board? 😀

Hell, yes!

So two players, neither of whom is actually getting playoff minutes. (for very different reasons) Wow.

Knicks have better players in the stands than on the court! Melo, Starks, Ewing, LJ, Camby and Spree.

Don’t forget Bradley 😉

Mitch is the Embiid killer

We’re running them off the court they cannot keep up if we push the pace

Embiid doing nothing, hoisting up garbage, and then blaming his teammates. Chef’s kiss.

Does Embiid look as gimpy on TV as he does in person? He can barely move

He’s just prepping his excuse

At this point I’m mostly worried Embiid is going to injure Mitch again, the elbow was just an appetizer

Kyle Lowry is so triggering for everyone who has ever taught a student who angrily insists they didn’t do something you saw them obviously do

Step on their throats in the second half

Sixers also got a couple of lucky bounces these last couple of minutes. They were close to blowing it up, but one thing you can trust this team to do is not to dwell on what could have been.

That Embiid block was a killer.

The killer part was actually Hart passing up the wide open bunny to set up the block. That was a four point swing.

Gotta give Maxey his props. He’s really good. In a couple of years he could be dominant.

But story of the game is Mitch so far. He can do nothing against him.

That double team on Brunson where he told Hart to go to the foul line and Hart ended up with a short floater was just beautiful

Brunson is a savant.

I worry about how few 3PAs the Knicks are generating. The Sixers have shot more 3s than the Knicks every single game this series if I’m not mistaken, and the gaps have been wide.

Call me a hopeless romantic but I still think Donte’s gonna start launching 3s and hitting ‘em

Somehow I missed all of Harris’s points because, you know, he’s invisible.

Despite the %’s Knicks have to do a better job defending the 3pt line in the 2nd half.

Man, Divo’s shot is just broken. Hope he can find the fix and unleash a barrage of 3s soon🤞🏻

Knicks will have a much easier time getting off 3pters in the 2nd rd.

Easy, buddy

Hart, Brunson and OG (more seriously I think) all got hurt in like 4 possessions.

I love OG, but damn he’s had a bunch of bad plays on offense today.

This is playing out just like games 1 and 2: Slow start in Q1, come back hard in Q2, waver in Q3, pull it out in Q4. 🤞🏻

Right on schedule…the Q3 waver.

Amazing how each game has basically followed the same template. Which means I’m not worried, because they’ll be tied in the fourth quarter and we will get the rebounds and second chance points and close this out.

Not jinxing us, just saying these games have been pretty similar each time…

The Embiid doubles seem to work about 1/2 the time but whoever is guarding Maxey should not leave him to double. Too easy to get burned.

If Divo could just do 60% of what he was doing the second half of the season it would be soooooooo helpful

The Embiid doubles seem to work about 1/2 the time but whoever is guarding Maxey should not leave him to double. Too easy to get burned.

That last double was good because Brunson rotated to Maxey. I still prefer to play him straight, but he had two bad turnovers passing.

Every time we had a chance to open the gap we did something dumb…
12 minutes to go, LET’S GO KNICKS!

Embiid looked like he was going to pass out over the last five minutes of that quarter.

Knicks need to advance cause I’m not ready to having to focus only on the Yankees who are currently shitting the bed in Baltimore.

I don’t get why they are doubling Embiid this often. He is not hitting his usual shots and he’s not getting to the basket.

Every shot is short, our guys are tired…

… and Tyrese Maxey’s great player

Been a long time that I’ve genuinely been this disappointed in a Knicks performance, might have to go back to Game 5 vs Toronto in 2001.

We can’t lose such a shit Embiid game, come on. Their scrubs are hitting their shots, we need someone other than Brunson to step up too.

Hart playing all 48 is fine, but Jalen needs his legs to hit these shots. He needs a blow.

Turning it off. This imminent 4th quarter collapse is a mortal lock to give the Sixers the momentum they need to close us out in 7

Such a lot of effort for a crap shot. C’mon, guys!

Who’s the guy here who does laundry and we win? I forget.

Who is Deuce McBride -> Get me Deuce McBride -> I need a Deuce McBride type 😉

I’ll make lunches for the next couple days. See how that goes.

Deuce is signed for 3 more years at 5m per annum lmfao

Doubling Embiid works better when he’s not at the top of the circle and his less passing angles and smaller court to pass to.

Get iHart out there and go up by 10

or … Anunoby at the 5?

All right Thibs, bring it.

OG at the 5 from Thibs is so bold, love it

There’s nothing more beautiful than Tobias Harris getting switched onto Brunson and watching the light leave his eyes in real time

Is there a “heat check” on fast breaks? If so, that was it from Hart.

And again: Who is Deuce McBride -> Get me Deuce McBride -> I need a Deuce McBride type 😉

!!!!!!!!!!

Miles McBride is my stan and he’s become so much better than I ever could have imagined.

I can’t believe this shit, come on, the gods can’t be this fucking cruel

Brunson got mugged but you’re never going to get a call there.

Up six with thirty seconds to go — I made the mistake of starting relax and got overconfident. We are doomed.

Well, iHart is really fresh. Might be a good time to make a change.

So boneheaded by Mitch—the one thing you don’t do is give up the 4 point play there. Let’s put them away in OT.

Well, respect levels for Maxey are quite high

Shit. That sucked. I think that foul on Mitch was iffy but you can’t be anywhere near him.

Actually looking at that replay it’s a clear foul

Everything good that happens is only to set up an even more crushing disappointment

Once Mitch left his feet he was cooked on that 4 point play by Maxey. I can’t complain about anything there. Hart really screwed the pooch at the FT line tonight. We’re lucky Maxey’s only failure was missing his free throws.

Yeah actually now that you mention it knock on wood no complaints about the refs tonight.

Holy shit. Landed in NY just as the game tipped off. Following it online and in a bar over dinner then back to the hotel just in time to see us cough up the 6 point lead… and I still can’t work out if I want us to win or lose so I can go to game 6 on Thursday!! (Seriously though – f*ck Thursday, I’ll take the W…)

JB fell in love for the ball too much…

Non stop suicide dumb plays here, it’s fucking sad

Can you punch a guy in the face twice on defense or does that count as a flagrant foul

Fitting if Joel loses the Sixers the series on a flagrant.

Brunson was brilliant, but he made a ton of bad plays late, not necessarily turnovers but bad shots and too much Brunson.

I’ve witnessed alot of horrible Knick playoff losses but this might be the worst of them. Bigger choke job than Game 1 in 1995.

So many missed free throws and Mitch with the dumbest foul in team history

I blame myself. I made fun of Melo, and the whole thing went sideways.

Huge choke job,
we blew an enormous chance to close the series.

I can’t shake Mitch dumbass foul on Maxey’s 4-point play…

Brunson was brilliant, but he made a ton of bad plays late, not necessarily turnovers but bad shots and too much Brunson.

This. Needed someone else to make a big shot. No one else wants to shoot down the stretch.

Too much Brunson trying to do too much

Too many boneheaded fouls

Too much Maxey

Brunson has gotten mauled on every possession down the stretch

Man, we fucked this series up so bad here.

So many stupid decisions. Just so many stupid decisions.

I don’t know mentally how we turn this headache around. It was sitting right there.

Travesty.

I don’t even know how to even celebrate winning Game 6 or 7 if they somehow do.

Well, they’re going to have to go into Philly and do it again.

Worst part of this is that it gives Philly huge confidence going home. We snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Let’s hope our guys can shake it off.

We’ll get them in Philly I guess but that was an infuriatingly dumb endgame. Guess we were due for one after the game 2 miracle.

It’s okay. Pissed me off, a lot of bad decisions and bad plays late. But if this is the team I think it is, they’re going to be very angry and take it out on Philly in Game 6.

Mitch didn’t fuck us. He locked down Embiid all second half and had a bunch of great plays. We lost because we missed free throws. That’s usually why we lose.

Can’t believe this but I miss Precious

Def should have gotten some run.

I don’t remember if Jalen has choked in any game yet as a Knick, but this was a mess. And the “play the guys 48 minutes” thing has a big problem if/when we go to OT.

We stole one, they stole one. Back on serve. Now they gotta hold serve. Nobody said this was gonna be easy.

I will say, I do wish we had another shot creator.

Brunson too selfish at the end. Really bad decision making. Embarrassing bad. We need to come up with different looks on offense. That’s a team failure. And missed free throws is inexcusable in a game like this. Hart has the yips now, I can tell.

Everything had to go right for Sixers to tie the game in regulation and it did…with help from the Knicks. I’m stunned

We are going to look exhausted Thursday night in Philly. And our fans ain’t making the trip, either.

‘I do wish we had another shot creator.’

This. Divo has to wake up. Deuce has been great, but we can’t depend on him for 20+.

That Mitchell Robinson blunder with 25 seconds to go and the Knicks up 6 points may turn out to be the most costly mistake in this team’s history. Not only did he give the game away, he may have given the series away, who knows. Even if they recover and win this series, the extra games they have to play instead of resting may prove critical for this tired roster down the road. I cannot believe such a stupidity by a veteran player. This is absolutely incredible.

Mitch had some great steals on Embiid and lots of boards. Lots of mistakes by everyone. But logically, Maxey should not have made all those crazy threes. That was nuts.

I’m usually pretty level headed the day after a Knicks loss but this time around its gonna be really hard…

I feel strangely not that upset about this. We’re still gonna beat these fools

Yeah, cut the crap on writing a narrative that Mitch lost us the game. That was a terrible play, but he was great most of the game, and I could list at least four, probably more plays just by Brunson on offense that were as egregious in the last 7 minutes. And as Hubert said, letting Oubre loose for two layups should be a felony.

There is no excuse to give up 7 points in the last 25 seconds on your home floor. Period. Mitch Robinson is brainless. Period.

Why the hell did Mitch foul? Thats low iq

And Hart make both free throws

Awful choke

Poor Brunson decision making at the end. I can’t stress that enough. We need someone to step up and Brunson has to trust them too.

Maxey had to hit two miracle shots for us to lose. I guess it’s even for game 2 but still doesn’t feel good and could have been avoided.

I need them to come out guns blazing Thursday.

Whoever wins this series Indiana is probably gonna run them out of the building in the next rd.

Everyone can shit on Mitch, but if Hart hit his free throws we win the game.

It was 97-94 after that

Why play it out

Nobody said this was gonna be easy.

Yeah, nobody.

Homersimpsonfadingintobushes.gif

Knicks lose that game in regulation without Mitchell Robinson. Period.

For example, how does Jalen take 32 shots and iHart 2?

That’s on Jalen.

This sucked and I’m gutted, but I don’t think the team will hang their heads. Tip your cap to an all-timer from Maxey, pick up the pieces and figure it out. We can win in Philly again.

the Knicks play 7 players

They will not have any legs BBA if they recover

The most painful thing about Maxey is he looks like he’s just getting started. I’m terrified of him for the rest of the series.

Our guys all looked like they need to juice tomorrow.

I mean most of us predicted Knicks in 6 but now winning in 6 is gonna feel a bit disappointing just like it did vs Boston in 2013 and will most likely have similar repercussions for the next rd.

For example, how does Jalen take 32 shots and iHart 2?

That’s on Jalen.

He doesn’t trust anybody to score? But the shot vs distribution has been an issue for him. Scoring guards don’t really change much

Basketball gods worried we would have nothing to fight about tomorrow, so ….

Deep breath. “Foxhole” comment noted.

Night.

My point about iHart was referring to someone saying why iHart only had 2 FGA, it’s hard to keep him om the floor with the way he’s defending Embiid.

bba thats on jalen he’s the point guard

He took 32 shots as posted above

And doesn’t really relate to this game, but without Bojan and Randle already down the Knicks don’t have much scoring options

Brunson needs to take 30+ FGA without Randle and now Bogey, I’m not blaming him for taking that many shots. Blame him for some of the TOs and certain individual shots but not blaming him for the overall quantity of shots.

This is a super resilient team. They’ll be ready for Thursday. Embiid is still going to be exhausted. The Knicks need to focus on Maxey. Philadelphia can’t win without him playing well.

Well, as despondent as I feel right now, I at least know the team will come ready to play in the next one.

I like OG, but can’t really call him the worlds best defender if he can’t get major stops for us vs Maxey

It was Jalen coming down and shooting a three. And coming down and shooting a three. And coming down and shooting a three.

They all missed, unfortunately. But that also wasn’t smart basketball. That was channeling Melo.

Edit: and BBA, it wasn’t the overall quality of shots. Just the shots those lost few minutes. I’ve rarely seen him play hero ball.

Not entirely true. I’ve seen him play hero ball. I’ve rarely seen him fail at it.

I don’t want to shit on Mitch at all, I just don’t think we need to use him this much.

Remember when I bet y’all $10 Thibs would completely abandon the very effective strategy of using OG on Embiid?

Now you can argue we didn’t need it bc Mitch was doing a good job 1-on-1, but Mitch is a zero on offense. And right now so are a few other guys. We can’t afford that. Every single pick Mitch sets ends up with two guys on Brunson.

With OG on Embiid and Hartenstein able to play off Oubre, we get good defense on Joel, a rim protector able to help, and an extra attacker on offense. We need to do that for like 5 minutes because our offense can’t afford 25 minutes of Mitch right now.

Also why wasn’t the foul on OG with 1 min left in regulation a take foul?

There are countless good and bad plays throughout the game, but there are some of them that are critical. You are up 6 on your home floor with 25 seconds to go in an elimination game. Anything you do in those seconds stays in history. I just can’t get over those seconds.

Mitchell robinson with a bone head play

Meanwhile Columbia Univ is a mess. Bad night all around

Capitalism turning into fascism. Nihil novi.

Mitchell Robinson is probably the most hated person in the city right now

He should lay low on social media

Mitchell Robinson is probably the most hated person in the city right now

It’s not a matter of hate. He is our guy. It a matter of endless stupidity that makes you want to pull your hair. How could you, Mitch?

Jesus god almighty. 53 minutes of basketball and one boneheaded foul makes someone the antichrist. Was it a bad play? Sure. There were probably 20 bad plays the last 10+ minutes by the Knicks that lost us the game. Choose one. Or, you know, maybe don’t. Because one play doesn’t lose us the game. The culmination of them does.

Some people need to get some sleep.

Meanwhile Columbia Univ is a mess. Bad night all around

It has been a mess for a very long time…. the abscess has just ruptured and now the vile pus is spilling out for all to see.

Yeah, the play I keep repeating is Hart’s turnover when the Knicks had the ball in transition up 6.

And why Brunson didn’t pull up for an earlier shot at the end of regulation.

And that horrible turnover when JB got up in the air and Grandpa Batum closed out.

It wasn’t just the 4-point play, and it’s not all on Mitch. We’ve been the better team when it counted in 3 of the 4 games prior. Was a bit of a choke job but all is forgotten if they win one more.

Milwaukee winning tonight forcing that series to go at least 6 games too would be somewhat consoling.

I honestly wish we’d been swept. Twisting in the wond as we inevitably lose the next two over four more agonizing days is gonna be absolutel torment, and no other outcome is even conceivable.

Whoever wins this series Indiana is probably gonna run them out of the building in the next rd.

Indiana is down 5 at the half to the Lillard-less, Giannis-less Bucks.
They’re a whole notch below both these teams.

And I know Donte DiVincenzo has his fans, but he looks very replaceable in the playoffs. For the don’t break up the Nova Trio talk

Hubert the problem is now its a 7 man rotation playing huge minutes and they will have no legs going forward.

At full strength most definitely, with Randle Knicks would easily beat Indiana in 5 games. But this group no matter how poor Indiana plays defense will still have offensive droughts and Indiana is capable of punishing them during those stretches alot more than this current version of Philly can punish the Knicks during those futile offensive stretches.

It has been a mess for a very long time…. the abscess has just ruptured and now the vile pus is spilling out for all to see.

There is a genocide going on in Gaza. The entire planet knows it, all without exception humanitarian organizations of the planet have been screaming about it, the UN does the same, and so on. The International Criminal Court is about to issue are arrest warrant against Netanyahu and members of his government and the United States has been scrambling to stop it. Only the corrupt political system in this country is trying to hide what has been going on along with their bought out and totally controlled corporate media. And only those students, a lot of them are Jewish by the way, have the courage to protest. They persist despite the demonization by all politicians and the media. We should be proud of those students, and ashamed for the corporate sellouts that are in power.

let’s look at the 7 guys

Brunson- gives you offense

Donte- been brutal

Josh- better than expected, but not really a scorer

Og- not really a scorer even though he wants more usage

Our centers- not really scorers

Deuce- sometimes looks like the best second option

The Knicks current group isn’t breaking any scoring barriers and have to work extra hard to win

let’s look at the 7 guys

They are scrambling. The are no superstars but, with all their imperfections, they got us where we are because they have guts, they are well coached, and they lay it all out there. They overachieve and we are proud of them. This is why it is so painful to shoot yourself on the foot with 25 seconds to go.

I honestly wish we’d been swept. Twisting in the wond as we inevitably lose the next two over four more agonizing days is gonna be absolutel torment, and no other outcome is even conceivable.

There are other Knicks blogs, you know. This particular one features pretty smart conversations to which you contribute nothing other than crybaby drivel.

I think you might fit in better at r/Knicks or perhaps Posting and Toasting. I’m just not sure Knickerblogger is a very good fit for you.

There is a genocide going on in Gaza.

Sorry… I didn’t come here to debate politics as there are a million places to do that.

And I know Donte DiVincenzo has his fans

That’ll be another homersimpsonfadesintothebushes.gif for me.

They are scrambling. The are no superstars

Brunson is star level..

But his second best player is OG who missed a lot of the season

It’s why I thought he should’ve received serious MVP consideration

Brunson is star level

Agreed. And we feel the lack of a second fiddle in almost every game. It’s amazing what this team has achieved with Brunson + role players.

That’ll be another homersimpsonfadesintothebushes.gif for me.

The minutes with him off the court and Duece on have been something

I’m proud of you mister Bob…

it’s a tragic and tough subject, particularly “our” part in the tragedy…

I remember in both basic and advanced training watching endless weapons and munitions manufacturer’s sales vids…

not only do we do an amazing job at spreading coca cola and pop culture around the world, we definitely do more than our share at keeping the world well armed….

Sorry… I didn’t come here to debate politics as there are a million places to do that.

I understand that. I am not the one who started it, and not the one who talked about “abscess” and “vile pus”. It not a fifty-fifty thing here. Those students are the conscience of this society, not the villains.

Agreed. And we feel the lack of a second fiddle in almost every game. It’s amazing what this team has achieved with Brunson + role players.

With Brunson still on this deal, it’s important to capitalize which is why I think Rose is going to try hard for a big fish in the off season

Pacers down 20 to the Milwaukee scrubs. I can’t wait to have Indiana Pacers problems instead of Tyrese Maxey.

I’ve been to a bunch of Knicks playoff games over the years, both wins and losses, but this was the worst loss by far.

The crowd was in absolute shock when the game went into OT, and when we knew the game was over towards the end of OT, people just sat in their seats stunned.

We’re still up 3-2, but it felt like we lost the series with that epic choke job.

Donte needs to break out of his slump stat so Brunson has another option. Precious needs to get some of Mitch’s minutes after the way he played in Game 4. And a shitoad of New Yorkers need to get to the Wells Fargo Center on Thurs to drown the sixers in “Fuck Embiid” chants. Oh…and we need to start fouling Maxey really hard.

Robinson looks better defending Embiid than I-Hart. I-Hart might need the minutes reduction. How are people still feeling about that huge contract he’s going to get…

Besides the fact that we blew a 6 point lead with 30 seconds left, we also failed to take advantage of Embiid having a pretty awful game: 7-19 with 9 turnovers. Physically he looked worse than any game this series and was almost acting like a decoy out there.

Hope his decline continues but that was a ripe opportunity tonight

Remember when Portis was here and sucked now the Bucks have him looking like a star.

115 points for the Bucks in regulation without Dame or Giannis. Maybe its the Pacers defense..

just heard the news:

The Biden administration moved Tuesday to reclassify marijuana as a lower-risk substance, a person familiar with the plans told CNN, a historic move that acknowledges the medical benefits of the long-criminalized drug and carries broad implications for cannabis-related research and the industry at large.

The US Department of Justice recommended that marijuana be rescheduled as a Schedule III controlled substance, a classification shared by prescription drugs such as ketamine and Tylenol with codeine.

i keep forgetting to buy weed stocks…

i used to be a big fan of tylenol with codeine, some tasty syrup back in the day…yep, another small drop in a large bucket…
