Lady Jowles hates all sportsball and I didn’t want to drop any cash on a blowout L. I’m going to root for my Blazers from the comfort of my home, tonight.

let’s see if the blazers can turn the ball over 16 or so times, and, we may have a shot…

probably my toughest read as a youngster: ‘cities of the red night’…i bought it for the picture on the cover (the triumph of death), more so than anything…it was pretty painful to read though…

finished up the tracy austin writing…took me a while because i spent nearly as much time reading about what others had to say about wallace the person, as i did reading his review…

i’ll check out the whole cruise review tomorrow…reading someone’s writings whom can express themselves on that level is sort of melodic in ways…pretty good at getting into your head…

hmmmm, how to separate someone’s art from their actions…

makes me think a bit about gauguin painting pretty pictures while being a disease ridden pedophile in paradise…although, other than wallace’s misogynistic behavior (not to downplay its significance) – i haven’t come across too many other damning acts…definitely seemed like he was a menace to himself…

while personally not a big fan of being sober – i have a lot of respect for the word sobriety…

This team makes no sense, so them pulling out a win against Portland wouldn’t shock me.

It would shock me. Lillard and McCollum might combine for 100 tonight.

If anyone here is inspired to give Infinite Jest a try, the first 200 or so pages are the worst part of the book and there’s a wildly racist chapter in the first 30 or 40 pages that is for my money the low part of the novel. It gets much better and most of the beginning will make much more sense when you read the book.

Did Fizdale not teach these scrubs what a 2-for-1 is? Does he know?

I was really hoping the Knicks would be unwatchable in the first quarter so I could watch Roma tonight

Did Fizdale not teach these scrubs what a 2-for-1 is?

Apparently he has to beg them to pass so… Baby steps? [facepalm]

For Hardaway, 2 for 1 means for every shot you take I take two

Stratomatic "I'm tired of the Knicks paying lip service to DEFENSE. Get defenders & two-way players. Then play them!says:

Hezonja and Mudiay splitting our max.
    🙂

    which team’s cutting? 😉

All Knicks ads should include the number for the national suicide hotline.

Lillard should be ready to start playing in the 2nd half after taking the 1st half off. He should put us away fairly quickly.

That new DeAndre Jordan free throw routine has had truly miraculous results, he’s gone from a career 46% FT shooter to 72% this season. Amazing improvement.

That was a nice pass from Mudiay. And terrible D from Kanter, of course.

That baseline move was strong though. Kanter could help the right playoff team off the bench.

Trey Burke could really help a playoff team off the bench (he said about a second player hopefully)…

Who’s had more games shooting under 30% this year, THJ or Westbrook? The one small difference between them is that Russ usually adds 10 rebs and 10 asts, while Timmy adds a cool 2 and 1.
