Led by Karl Anthony Towns’ triple double (20-10-10), the Knicks beat the Hawks in Atlanta to even the series at 2 games apiece. Four of the five Knick starters were at least +11, except for Bridges (+0). Clarkson (+12) and McBride (+13) chipped in with quality minutes off the bench, as well as Mitch (+5 in 15 minutes). The Knicks outscored the Hawks in the first 3 quarters, and opened up the 4th quarter with a 21 point lead.
Game 5 to be in New York on Tuesday.

Bridges sucks
Donte went down with a non contact injury https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=t2OQ510H7mo
Better performance today from Mikal but still… Deuce is the better player. Deuce is a better overall defender and they’re similar in value on the offensive end. Mikal is better at being more famous, Deuce helps you win more.
Needs to be studied how a 6′ 6″ guy with long ass arms can’t provide the impact of a 6′ 2″ guy with the same players next to them .
Donte and now Ant. Feel bad for the Wolves.
What happen to Ant?
hyperextended knee it looked like
Glad Deuce seems to have found his game…given the Shamet magical mystery tour looks like it is terminated. We need that firepower off the bench (or in the starting lineup but I don’t see it happening).
Watched the game at home with a guy who wrangled us into season tickets the day after Ewing was drafted, so it was a very enjoyable night for us. KAT was awesome, everyone did what you wanted them to for the most part.
So now it’s a 3-game series where we have home court. LET’S GOOOOO!!!
DDV torn achilles, awful news.
Damn, that really sucks, get well soon Donte!
Ayo playing his ass off…
Can we just watch the fucking game please
It’s on ESPN, Clarence.
Thx
Pay that man
41 points on 17 shots? Crazy
Must be fun for Bulls fans to watch Dosunmu tear it up for the T-Wolves
But at least they got back Leonard Miller and Rob Dillingham back in the trade
Coby White
Dosonmu
Bulls are who Leon needs to trade with next
nice and hella comforting to watch such a dominant defensive effort…
josh kicked things off with “want ball, get ball” force…KAT joined the party quick, looked like the most fun he’s had playing as a knick…what an on court bromance with him and OG…
jalen has to do a better job reading the room…him and mikal are having a tough time this series…jose needs to do “his thing” without getting techs or fouls…
thank goodness deuce is back, whew, just in the knick of time…when KAT and OG play that well and the team as a whole defends better, maybe less need for a dominant mitch game…
clarkson has waited his whoooooooole life for this moment…hopefully he can play some clean defense – he thrives in chaos on offense, he is a walking 🪣 built for the playoffs…if the ball is bouncing and rolling around the rim, ends up in his hands it is going in the hole, most times…
star of stars, one OG anunoby, who very much like both josh and KAT decided to assert their game – OG though has a physical tool set that’s elite…even for the NBA…
whew, who knows who shows up sunday at the garden…good to exhale for a day…
subtle assist goes to one staffer by the name of rick brunson, checked both son and jose at points of the game…well done…let MB be good guy, softer than mikal maybe, i don’t know…just win baby…
Brunson just needs to stop forcing against Dyson Daniels who is a very good defender. Is it that hard to just get KAT more shot attempts instead of chucking some dumb shot? Brunson going 1 on 1 is a win for the Hawks. This is an easy fix only if he is willing to do it.
*Also get Brunson moving off the ball so he can’t get hounded bringing the ball up on offense at all times
KAT again the season saver. His passing and facilitating is quite underrated.
Bridges wasn’t bad, but he wasn’t good either. Nothing there that would warrant more than the 19 minutes he got from the coach.
Brunson needs to be more efficient and smart for this to move to the level it needs to move to. He might not have it in him anymore. This has started — or maybe more than just started — to move from a couple bad games, into something resembling a pattern.
Still thought it was another very poor performance by Brown. With KAT and OG playing as excellent as they were yesterday we shouldn’t need Jalen Brunson going to the locker to exploit our best advantage. Teams like Boston hunt weakness relentlessly. Time and time again we let Jalen spend 15+ seconds fighting Daniels. We’d be starting possessions at the logo with 8 seconds on the shot clock. Then the ball would get to KAT (with 8 seconds left) and something decisive would happen immediately. In another series, with Daniels, Brunson ball will be great. But why the hell do we insist on doing it when something else is clearly working better? What kind of stupid is this?
Are we trying to win basketball games or prove whose team this is?
The lineup choices were poor often, too. Brown spent the whole year developing his bench and now he’s using a shorter rotation than Thibs. why is Landry Shamet in Siberia now?
21 minutes for Bridges felt spiteful. He was playing well, and we’re going to need him against Boston. Deuce deserved every second he got but Mikal probably should have played more than Clarkson yesterday, if only for his confidence.
Good team win but I don’t get what this coach is doing.
