After a long, and mostly annoying, offseason, the WORLD CHAMPION New York Knicks are back to play a new season, their first season as the defending champions in over 50 years. I am feeling really great about this team right now, and I am once again predicting 58 wins, but only because the rest of the league has no incentive to tank anymore (so sadly, no more Bam going for 80+ in a game against 10 D-Leaguers).
This will sure be fun to see the Knicks get their rings, AND to demolish this new “super” team from Philly.

I noticed some minor odd things about the ceremony and introductions. World wide Wes was acknowledged and other executives not named Rose were not. Wes must be doing something important, but I have no idea what it is.
The other thing is that McCullar was introduced as the full lineup tonight, but Nickel and Akins were not. I think maybe McCullar is active tonight but the other two way players were not

Lotta game left, lotta season left, but Philly just seems to have a mismatched roster. Maxey and Edgecomb want to run and gun all night, Jaylen Brown kinda wants to get his own, and then you have LeBron and Embiid who are skilled but washed.
