NBA: League Is Planning To Re-Open In Late July

The NBA released this an hour ago:

The following is a statement from NBA Chief Communications Officer Mike Bass:

So I guess we’re going to actually see some basketball in a couple of months!

Let’s hope that the Knicks go 0-5!

  1. single site makes sense…I wonder if they’ll house everyone’s family there also…

doesn’t look like there’s housing on site…I guess everyone will just set up in the surrounding area…not a bad place to be “stuck” for a couple of months…

  2. Do you think James Harden will get family waivers for his favorite exotic dancers?

  3. I’d be worried if I were Khloe Kardashian, as well. She just had so much cosmetic surgery done that her immune system must be really weakened at the moment.

I’d guess just the opposite…. with all the pathogens that crew has been exposed to her CD-4 cells are probably like a bunch of mini- Hercules……..

After reading your post, I had to. I looked up the pictures. I’m not a fan of plastic surgery. He face looks bent to me, and she looks almost like a cartoon. Of course, there looks to be a few layers of makeup. Ugh.

At any rate, I’m reading that not all teams might be invited in the season restart/finish up. Any chance the Knicks will not be playing those 5 games?

  6. Khloe’s eyes are no longer on the same plane. Her face looks like a bad photoshop.

I always knew they’d go too far with the plastic surgery, but I’m kind of surprised it took this long to get this grotesque.

  7. Given the trends July in Orlando may be a bit of a mess, I hope the league knows what they’re doing.

  8. The NBA will probably have the resources to make it work given that they seemingly started the pandemic with more testing capacity than the Federal government. Get everyone in there after testing them and then keep testing them. Might work.

And Khloe, don’t listen to these fools. #goddess

  9. Best plastic surgery movies?

I might vote Brazil. With Face Off right behind. But I’m sure I’m forgetting any number of them.

As for summer in Orlando, the Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30.

  10. Got to be Eyes Without a Face, The Skin I Live in, or (this is pushing “plastic surgery”), Under the Skin.

  11. it’s crazy…the ability people have to detect irregularities in human design is really strong…

you are literally fooling no one but yourself…

I don’t know, them butt and pec implants I got back in the early 2000’s are still sort of holding together…

  12. “Given the trends July in Orlando may be a bit of a mess, I hope the league knows what they’re doing.”

Huh….. the trends in Orlando? 4 people died in the entire state of Florida today and zero in Orange County.

    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/florida/

There are 55,000 active case in Queens alone and 1,800 in Orange County (Orange county, FL has exactly half Queens population). The death rate in NYS is 14 time the per capita death rate in Florida.

Orlando is one of the “safer” metropolitan areas in America that has the facilities.

I mean Casper, Wy is better but they don’t have the hotel rooms.
