Must say the announcing team is All Knicks. Even when they were totally sucking in the first half it was about the Knicks sucking. Now it’s about the Knicks showing energy. If I was Golden State I’d be annoyed, considering they’ve been winning pretty much all game..

A lot of this has coincided with Shamet’s shooting slump. I really like him as a player, but when he’s off like he has been lately we have difficulty getting or holding leads. Clarkson taking the reins back a bit helps, but overall he’s not as good a shooter anymore as Shamet *usually* is.

That *was* a pretty dumb thing to say. Shamet is a much worse FT shooter than OG on the season, statistically speaking, and Hart is worse than both of them (I think Hart was on the floor when Miller said that).

The thing about the Reggie comment is that it reinforces how blatantly obvious how much he hopes the Knicks lose. There was no other reason to say that, because anyone who knows the Knicks knows that he’s generally an excellent FT shooter in the clutch. He was probably remembering a missed FT in the infamopus game 1.

Nothing like watching 3 guys with zero championships between them waxing poetic about playoff success.
We’ve got to do something to perk up Mikal, Mo, and Alvie. All three of them giving us less than their potential at the same time is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate. Don’t know whether they need to unlock themselves, or if Brown needs to help unlock them…….or some of both…….but this is unsustainable and would mean a quick exit from the playoffs if we can’t get these guys going.
But, hey, we’re only one game from the #2 seed and 2.5 games from the #4 seed…….so there’s that.
Clarkson is playing with much greater intensity now than he did earlier on. Maybe the DNP-CDs made him wake up.
