nhl is doing that thing tonite that the nba tried once every single team is playing in a staggered fashion with games starting every 15-30 minutes i like it conceptually but it is difficult when betting because of constant player updates all nite long player updates in nba are much much more difficult to deal with than in hockey

Milwaukee has Giannis and then a bunch of vanilla pudding as the rest of their roster. Ryan Rollins, Taurean Prince, Gary Trent Jr, Kevin Porter Jr, Kyle Kuzma. They also have a couple of stretchy bigs in Myles Turner and Bobby Portis.
None of those guys are terrible, but that is a collection of nondescript NPCs if I’ve ever seen one.
Never been to Jamaica, and now living in London too far to ever be on my bucket list, but always had a soft spot for it because Patrick was born there.
I went to a brand new Sandal’s resort on Jamaica’s north coast last year (Sandal’s Dunns Falls), it was amazing! We climbed the falls, great experience. I can’t imagine what 2 feet of rain will do to that mountanous island, not to mention 180MPH wind and 15 ft storm surge. I’m not sure anyplace on the west side of the island is going to be recognizable after this unprecedented monster moves through, including beautiful Montego Bay and Negril.

hopefully MB and the team have made some adjustments heading in to tonight’s matchup (dial back a little on the threes maybe)…

We are now approaching the 3-week mark since Mitch was sidelined. I think we should start bracing for the news that Mitch has suffered a series setback and more revision surgery is needed. I say this because his return was not properly reported at this time last year, and because they are giving us no reason to feel otherwise.
Perhaps he will return at some point but my guess is that he will have to play through significant pain all season, with little chance of him being at 100% at least until he has offseason revision surgery.
Am I being too pessimistic? Does anyone here feel strongly that a 3-week absence is nothing to worry about, and that he will return at full strength and pain-free? Asking for a friend…

If it was almost any other team, I’d trust what they tell us. But the Knicks are notorious for being outright full of shit when it comes to injuries. They said it’s not a new injury – which is probaby Knicks code for saying his foot is bothering him again.
On the upside if it was very serious he wouldn’t be traveling with the team. He’d be in rehab somewhere or getting a 2nd opinion. So my guess is that he felt something was not right after the first few pre season games and they decided to back off and see how he feels after a few weeks. Then they’ll try again.
If we have to pay for Peacock, that sucks because the games are in 3 calendar months so it would appear that you would have to pay for 3 months just to see those 3 games.
