2016-17 Game Thread: Knicks @ Pacers

Here’s the thing about the Eastern Conference. The Pacers are not good. They are just flat out not a good team. They absolutely should tear their team down, trade Paul George and rebuild around Myles Turner. They are not a good team and their future does not look particularly bright. Also? They’re the #7 seed in the East! They’re just one game behind being the #5 seed in the Eastern Conference! But get this – they’re also only four games ahead of the Knicks! The biggest trap for the Knicks on their way to getting a top 10 pick in …continue reading

2016-17 Game Thread: Knicks vs. Suns

This is going to be a hard one for the tank. The Knicks played awful against the Suns in Phoenix (and without Derrick Rose most of the game) and they still were in a position where they really should have won that game, so this will be a tough game to lose. Oh well, I guess we can at least root for Porzingis to own Marquese Chriss tonight (you know KP hasn’t forgotten how much of a dick Chriss was to him in that Phoenix game). By the way, as an aside, how shitty was last year’s draft that Marquese …continue reading

2016-17 Game Thread: Knicks @ Wizards

The Knicks host the Washington Wizards tonight. The Knicks and Wizards have been weird parallels of each other this season. When the Knicks were up earlier this season, the Wizards were down and while the Knicks have been down, the Wizards have been up. We’ll probably see a reverse of that tonight, as the hunt for 42 wins continues apace! It’s the Knicks, always bet on the worst possible scenario happening! Let’s go, Knicks?
