The thought of a playoffs without a top-of-his-game Lillard is a mistake to west-coast fans that really shouldn’t happen. (Bring back Stots??)

It’s a shame what the Blazers are doing to Dame’s career, since trading CJ they’ve managed to get worse and worse, being our favorite trade (JHart for Cam and a pick on a bad draft) the last one of the series.

He was like an over-sugared 12 year old playing with the ESPN Trade Machine on his dad’s phone.

LOL, one of the best definitions of the Isiah era that i’ve seen. At first i was with him, because we needed to make some changes, but after some moves i was like “hey, hold your horses, we should let our players at least try to know each other before bringing new faces”. 😀

Isiah should’ve never traded Van Horn for Tim Thomas. After the Marbury trade the Knicks were playing really well and Marbury had developed good chemistry with VH and especially Doleac. I remember a win at Miami where Kurt Thomas and Doleac killed them with jumpers running PnR with Marbury.

The problem was that Marbury didn’t like Van Horn, despite their rather excellent on court chemistry. Also, not for nothing, but the Knicks also got Nazr Mohammed in the Tim Thomas deal, and later dealt Mohammed for Malik Rose and the pick that became David Lee (plus the pick that became Mardy Collins, but, well, that was less interesting than the David Lee pick).

We live in strange times.

The Kings are on track to have the best offense in history according to the Athletic. Did not know that.
