eating less doesn’t make as much sense.

The Internet is your friend, Doogie. I know it’s challenging to imagine that other people know things you don’t, but good news! We live in an era when you can find out some of those things by going online and asking a question. It’s crazy, and it’s 5 minutes that you maybe can’t spare, but if ever you can, give it a try.

I’ve typically done 7-day fasts. As I get older I find that on Day 7 I start to feel not so good, so now it’s more like 6 days. The clarity is amazing, the autophagy is welcome. It’s surprisingly easy after the first day.

The Thunder have exactly the same championship odds as the Spurs, meaning Vegas thinks that the slightest margin can mean the difference between being in the finals or not, let alone winning a championship. If Hubert is to be believed when he said:

“I do think losing Dort will hurt them, though. He got played off the court against San Antonio but he was huge in their title run.”

So it was purely financial. In fact, they could care less about the other second apron restrictions because they have workarounds that the Knicks don’t (draft capital, etc.)

But the impact on their ability to win a championship will be felt this year. The Dort of 2 years ago is a Josh Hart kind of player. Replacing the impact or that guy is easier said than done. Similarly, we have no idea which Mitch would have shown up next year. What we do know is that we only have to replace 14 mpg come playoff time, and we have a guy who can do a lot of the stuff he did on a minimum deal to take some of those minutes.

Lu Dort and Cason Wallace do not even play the same position. Dort will be replaced by distributing his minutes to multiple players. There will be situations where Dort’s 22-27 mpg are missed. You said it yourself.

Mitch will be similarly replaced. Five of those players will be Drummond, KAT, OG, Mo and Hart. There will be situations where Mitch’s 14-18 minutes are missed.
