I just don’t see how it’s possible to fake your way to the most runs in MLB and highest wRC+ with a bunch of bad hitters. Maybe you could fake your way like into the top half of the league with a “mash bad pitchers” strategy, but #1 overall? That doesn’t make sense to me at all.

Likewise, I just don’t see how going from a top offense to far-worse-than-the-worst offense-in-baseball in 66% of the 12 postseason series you played is random. I get that a coin can be heads 66% of the time but that’s like a coin landing on its side 66%.

And with that I think we’ve reached the point where we can wrap up and put an end to baseballblogger. Until next year… when I bet you the same random thing happens to the lineup again.
