I wish they had resolved more of this season’s arcs in Alien Earth but I’m still loving the show and I’m really interested to see how season 2 pans out, they set up a real doozy of a cliffhanger. Don’t want to spoil anything specific but I’m thinking next season is going to be the siege of Waco from hell and I dig that.

it’s hard for me to imagine attending a basketball practice with a healthy mitchell robinson and not think that guy should be the starting center…

looking forward to that KAT/yabu combo – a lot, but only for maybe 8 minutes or so a game…

probably biggest curiosity for me early on is whether huk is in the rotation…meaning almost full time power forward KAT…

if we can start the year with a solid front court rotation of KAT/mitch and yabu/huk that would be cool…

To be fair, only 3 teams won more games than the projected line last year… that’s pretty good! TBH idc if we win a few more or less than that.

Just to elaborate, this is a veteran team with some chemistry and deep playoff experience. They might have actually been a bit overcoached last year. Thibs would always preach “the game will tell you what to do” but yet his rigid positional principles and constant bellowing didn’t seem to allow for a whole lot of creativity. Brown says the same shit, but perhaps he will open some doors that were shut last year. He was talking about getting guys to run hard to the corners…seems pretty basic but never heard Thibs put it quite that way.

before I forget ess-dog, thought I had a rotator cuff situation (may or may not have mentally blamed one of the kids for wearing my shoulder down to the bone playing catch, for hours, and hours, days and days, months and months)…anyways, turned out it was upper biceps tendinosis…

once I had some med folks explain the thing was able to rehab pretty good…

don’t be a dumbass like me, waited ’til I had trouble lifting my arm (took some years) before I went to go check it out…two working arms are better than one…

so the line is at 53.5…over seems like a fairly safe bet…

things go well, I could see us between 55 and 58 wins this season…

I honestly think the line is pretty fair given the unknowns and the law of averages but I’m definitely betting the over, mainly based on continuity and the improved bench. I don’t think coaching will mean all that much, and while Indy and Boston have had setbacks, other teams in the East have improved.

What a privilege its been to watch Judge for his entire career, can’t imagine ever again rooting for a player as historical as he has been and hopefully will continue to be for the next few years.

Those rosters sucked, though.

I know LeBron did all the heavy lifting but I think the work MB did with that supporting cast was underrated.
