Is the NFL roster crunch really so tight that it doesn’t make sense to carry an emergency kicker? I guess so, just seems odd given how SOL teams are when theirs gets hurt.

The problem is the dopey GM who keeps relying on a 38 year old kicker who missed 10 and 7 games the previous two seasons. It doesn’t come as a big surprise when and often injured 38 yr old pops an adductor warming up.
