Holland was not good last year. Thompson can’t shoot. They’re really young and very likely to get better but it’s hard to know by how much. But Ivey and Cade and Duren are also likely to improve, and the Pistons don’t need all of them to hit next year. They could definitely be a problem next season.

Detroit was 14-16 with Ivey in the line up last season and 30-22 without.

Took me a good part of the day in 90 degree heat, but got it done with no screw-ups, other than dropping a socket into the engine compartment and having to run out to buy a magnet which I attached to a string to fish it out. Few little dings on my hands and one on my head (banged it on the hood). Back is a bit stiff. But hey, at 67, still nice to do a relatively simple job on an old-ish car that would have cost a bunch to have done, I used to do that stuff all the time but now mostly leave it to mechanics. Same with painting in the house, just paid to have someone do it for the first time in my life and kinda glad I did!

PS I don’t think the “every 50” rule applies to the new stuff. and even the plugs I took out still looked okay, put in something called laser iridium plugs that come pre-gapped and last forever. I doubt that I’ll ever have to worry about it again!
