Feels unfair to brand Borrego a loser for his stint with the Hornets, which might be the worst run franchise in the league.

Feels unfair to brand Borrego a loser for his stint with the Hornets, which might be the worst run franchise in the league. Dragging that roster to a playoff berth is legitimately impressive to me. He also was a part of two Spurs championship runs, so I don’t think it’s fair to say he’s “lost everywhere”.

I get that we’re all down on Mikal Bridges but he can easily back more in a trade than Mitch.

Don’t include me in that.

I still like Bridges. I think Thib’s offense sucked ass and it impacted Towns, OG and Bridges negatively. Maybe that will be a blessing in that if we don’t trade him, we’ll get him for cheaper and a new coach will be more creative.

To be clear, I’m not totally opposed to trading him, especially if some combo of him and someone else (Mitch?) upgrades a position significantly (preferably PF, but SG would be fine also). I’d prefer Hart as an energy guy off the bench. If we did upgrade SG, hopefully he can guard POA.
