I just asked ChatGPT to give me an idea for a Quentin Tarantino film about baseball. The idea it generated was a bunch of awkwardly arranged hacky Tarantino tropes.

It would involve nonlinear storytelling, a soundtrack that features 70’s deep soul cuts, and stylized violence.

I asked it to refine the idea several times and make it less generic, and it was still a complete turd.

As much as I’ve complained about Leon Rose’s use of draft picks, I don’t really care if he punts on this year’s pick; the 50th overall pick is pretty damned unlikely to amount to anything.
