Can someone who knows something about baseball (no longer me) explain why players don’t swing on 3-0 pitches? Seems like the most hittable ball you’re going to see all game.

I realize a walk is as good as a hit (at least a single), but if you want to drive an easy pitch out of the park..

Hopefully, Kolek can replace Payne and Dadiet can replace Shamet/Precious next year.

But also, don’t discount the possibility of a Giannis trade! If the Bucks DON’T want to rebuild, they could get a KAT/Deuce package from us, giving them the ability to run a true 5-out offense once Dame is healthy.

On the other side, we’d sport a Brunson/Bridges/OG/Giannis/Mitch lineup… great defense but not really a modern offense.

I don’t see it happening, but it would be interesting.

Crazy how the Knicks have so much of my attention right now that I don’t even care that much about the Subway Series this weekend.

I mean I’ll obviously watch the games tomorrow and Sunday night but with the Yankees playing pretty well and the AL East being shitty this year I’m not even that concerned about wins and losses right now.
