isn’t that the job description. I remember once touring a property on a hill in Los Feliz. Pointed out a very cool looking luxurious Romanesque villa on the property and asked to see it and was told we couldn’t it was occupied by wayward priests. I was like what way. And then I was like oh. Katy Perry bought that house after shacking up with the Vatican to contest the 7 last nuns of an original fifty who had gone in on the property five or six decades earlier. They had willed it to the church and the church had said we are beyond temporal and you can’t sell it to anyone else when they tried to.
