Ok we’re toast.

It still was a very fun run to the ECF, but it’s amazing that Indiana is 2-0 with some sort of ease. I predicted Knicks in seven but we’re having all sorts of problems in this series, and it doesn’t look like our coaching staff knows how to solve them (not that it should be easy, but this is mentally discomforting).

Also, Brunson looks lost in the closing minutes, erasing our only real advantage.

Anyway OKC-IND 4-0 in the Finals, won’t be very funny.

Rough, Thibs lost himself when he had the starters start the second half after they started the game horrible again. Mitch basically helped erase Thibs blunders and got this team a 3 point lead at halftime and boom the coach gave it away. When you have a small margin for error you can’t give the other team advantages like that.

The coach played Mitch Robinson more minutes than KAT, a guy who just made the all NBA team. This alone is was a seismic move! He played Deuce 25 minutes, almost starter minutes. What else could have he done with this roster? Does anyone think Wright or Kolek or Shamet would have made he difference against this Indiana team? You really think Carlisle would not have put them in the blender? Man, I know people get emotional and irrational, but that much foolishness? Relax people!

Hubert, getting a coach that plays the proper lineups will be an improvement. I don’t see how Leon can go forward with a coach that doesn’t utilize the roster properly.

I’ll grant you it will be very hard to improve upon the coach. Thibs is in the 95th percentile and Malone or Jenkins ain’t gonna cut it. If we hadn’t gone all in this summer maybe you let him stay but Leon set a time bomb up trading those picks so we have to maximize these next couple years.

And frankly I think getting Jalen’s dad out of the picture is pretty important.

Why not try Delon? I don’t know that we needed him, but he looked a hell of a lot better than Payne and maybe we wouldn’t need to double-team TJ McConnell.

Definitely one of the better defenders on the roster. He did look good in his march minutes without Brunson.
