being a good dude doesn’t preclude one from playing dirty…there is a difference between a dirty player and a hard nose player…its a fine line but as Raven pointed out above…Draymond Green’s record speaks for itself..he’s like a modern day Rodman…always stirring up shit.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel fairly confident that there is a really long body of work saying that Draymond Green is a massive asshole of the first degree. He punches teammates in the face. He calls a guy a coward who misses a game to go to the funeral of his partner’s close friend who died of cancer. Draymond Green is not a good dude. He does play hard, however, I’ll grant you that.

We just recently had this discussion. How do we know who are empirically “good dudes” and who are not? It’s all just perception. We don’t know these guys personally; we only see what they want us to see.

Pejorative terms are cool and all, but some of us (i.e. all of us except TNFH and llcoolbj’s son) are old enough to recall when a choir boy and a boy scout got got into one of the biggest brawls of the 90s. Good people do bad things. Bam and Dray may not be KJ and Doc, but they are good dudes who play hard. It just sucks to play against them is all.

Theoretically PJ could help, but he hasn’t played in a year and a half. He looked totally washed in LA so who knows if he can play at all. He will need to at least get out there and knock the rust off.

I like the signing of PJ Tucker. His insticts and insight will/should help our guys during a gruelling 7 game playoff series against Boston.

Also, I think he can hold his own for a 5 minute defensive duty against Tatum or Hortford caused by foul trouble or a court incident (i.e. blood) that disrupts rotation minutes. Always helps to surround our modern KAT by a few real OG type dawgs.
