it’s different, the whole teaming up thing is different…first with the kids, then the dog and now with my friend…

lived so long that lone wolf style…most of my closest friends have always been lone wolf types themselves…

interesting now getting to know folks whom have been partnered up for 20 years or more…whom come from or have started close families of their own…my family philosophy growing up was mostly everyone go do your own thing…

at least that’s how i interpreted it…

ha, all that to say, chilling at friends house with now access to netflix and apple tv…

there are just so many good series now on apple tv…starting for all mankind, and will then check out dark matter…

also caught up on paradise on hulu, great couples series 😊

I think most of us would be fine with moving on from Thibs, although there is not a consensus about how that will work out aside from the obvious change for change’s sake. It’s the simplest major change to make, and he does have annoying tendencies.

I think most of us agree that KAT’s defense at C is a significant problem vs. elite teams, especially the Celtics. There is disagreement with whether to ride it out with him and put better defensive players around him, or to trade him for either better 2-way players or assets or cap space or something. But it appears that no one is so attached to OG, Mikal, or anyone not named Brunson, that they would be devastated if one or more of them were traded.

I think most of us feel that a healthy Mitch can make a big difference, but there is not agreement on how much of one and/or against which teams.

Correction: the Celtics were seeded higher last year. Still a gentleman’s sweep, though.

Not really. Bickerstaff lost in the playoffs twice to lower seeds with a largely intact team. Atkinson may not be all that good either, no playoff record to speak of. The jury is out. In any case, if Atkinson is any part of the reason why Cleveland is so good, it contradicts your point about JBB.

But we’re supposed to stay locked in to Mikal Bridges, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Thibs… all because Isiah Thomas was a bad GM and Dolan let him run the team for a decade.

Did Raven, or anyone else, actually say that? That’s certainly not how I read it. He’s calling for patience. Sounds like Team We’ve Seen Enough has risen from the ashes.
