We cannot sign Ben Simmons if he is bought out. As a team over the first apron, we are not allowed to sign any players who were making at or above the full taxpayer midlevel exception at the time they were bought out.

yeah…imagine that park is crazy this time of year…I went on a few surfing excursions to Tamarindo..that is/was a cool town 20 yrs ago…also…went down to santa teresa/malpais…that was also very nice..those were the daze..
