I think Poole and Kuzma were reasonable gambles, Washington was going nowhere anyway and both guys were parts of championship winning teams and young enough to improve. Poole was specially impressive to the point that even the Warriors thought he would be a key piece for the future before the whole Draymond thing happened.

But they really need to move on, they had a chance to trade at least Kuzma last season and didn’t, and Poole might just be untradeable at the moment.

In a way I think we would have been better off if Kuzma and Poole played. Neither of them is what you would call a high IQ player and their chucking would have taken the spirit out of the young Wiz players

I have no idea who would be crazy enough to trade for either of them. There are only a few sucker teams left that think guys like them are any good. It was a mistake for the Wizards to have anything to do with them.
