I recently met John Starks (my avatar and one of favorite players when I was in my teens growing up in the city). He was at a venue in Greenwich Connecticut where I was celebrating a friends 50th birthday party. I was such a fanboy. Took a selfie with him, briefly chatted. He was very gracious. I probably overstayed my welcome.

Wife and kids flying in for thanksgiving to New York City. From San Antonio (wife’s in the military so I split time between New York and Texas due to my work). Flight arrives 6 pm. The 5 pm start is killer for me. Between traffic there and traffic back, I’ll watch the game on replay with my kids, but not live. Excited to see the family for the first time in 3 weeks. Love thanksgiving!

Yeah, but OG will still be a deal overpay that’s overpaid, Bridges will still be a highly duplicative overpay, KAT’s defense will still be hopeless, Thibs will still be unable to adjust to the modern game and we might as well just blow it up. 😉

I’ve got a similar situation Alan, will only be able to watch the first half

We’re favored by 8 ½ which is a ton of points for a road game, so Vegas is saying we should kick their ass. Hopefully a good one to miss.

My son is in his school play and we’re going to see both the matinee and evening performance. There should be a window where I can watch the first half, though.
