Weird that graphic said Judge just hit his 14th postseason HR how can that be with all the noise we’ve heard about his postseason failures?

C’mon H… Because those 13 Hrs before tonight’s game and 26 rbis in 220 plate appearances with a .204 BA over 49 games would be Dave Kingman style numbers . For a legit MVP level player his playoff numbers have been abysmal.

It is a perfectly legit criticism. No one is saying he isn’t a terrific player.

Yeah, but their first string stinks and Precious played plenty of minutes against their reserves. I think you can determine whether a rookie has at least some potential, but even there it’s pretty meaningless. These games are only slightly more telling than summer league. That said, it’s certainly better that Precious looked good rather than bad!

Precious wasn’t a pumpkin last year. He’s up and down, but he’s fine as a rotation player. He needed a lot of space for his 3s and took his time. It’d be great if he can hit those.

I wouldn’t take much away from vet doing well in a preseason game against a sure-fire bottom-5 team.

I mean, they did play their first string nearly regular season minutes….

Yeah Judge in the postseason has had plenty of HRs and BBs it’s just his K rate early in his postseason career was astronomically high and his BA is barely over .200 but he’s still Aaron freaking Judge.
