I think Batum’s gotten too much of a pass, btw. It wasn’t as bas as Embiid grabbing Mitch but you don’t dive into player’s legs.

Stop it and stop whining! There was a loose ball…. 2 guys went for it. Had Bogey not reflexively grabbed Batum’s hand on the way to the ball he likely would have landed in a slightly different place. In the playoffs, you dive for any loose ball.

But we say this *every* year, don’t we? (Playoff) injuries are very much a part of the game.

I feel like hoping for opponent injuries has the same bad juju as ducking potential playoff opponents.
