NBA GMs are clearly over valuing their own players and waiting on each other to determine market values next month.

Instead of doing what’s best for their own teams they all want to be the one that bought the cheapest house on the block.

D-Lo isn’t the problem on the Lakers. Their offense sucks and he’s a perfectly fine offensive player. The problem is everybody else besides him, LeBron and Eyebrow. They have an awful lot of guys who stink in that rotation. Trading him for Murray is not going to be the big upgrade they think it is.

Too much scoring in the NBA. How are the ratings? If there’s been improvement over the years, I guess this is what we’re stuck with — but basketball purists have to be pissed at what the game’s become.

I’m shocked that folks don’t see that there’s a very good reason why a win-now team like the Lakers are looking to dump him and yet there aren’t any takers, even though his contract is sort of Fournier-like. I mean, on paper, he’s exactly the kind of player the Lakers should be looking for!

Kinda surprised at the D’Lo vitriol. The RJ comp falls flat upon an ounce of scrutiny—-D’Lo is looking at two consecutive seasons of putting up a 60% TS on high-ish usage. RJ is never going to do that.

The potential of him opting out is a problem, but…he’s a CAA guy. Make it happen.

He’s a flawed player and seems like an annoying guy, but he can score and distribute the ball pretty well. That’s pretty much exactly what the bench needs. If the price for him is truly, well, nothing, he strikes me as arguably the best option available.
