julius was the first one in for this current team…without him dragging the knicks to .500, and a little better team (along with a big assist from a maniacal coach) – maybe jalen doesn’t even come to the knicks…

my hope is julius earns another contract/extension with us, has a solid post season…put him at around 35 million a year along with OG and jalen at some point and lock those three in for another five seasons…

we have five solid starters…all great statistical value on their contracts…and they actually seem to enjoy playing with one another…continuity does have a cost though…especially if the players get better…

3 of the starters are among the top 10 at their position this season…who knows if isaiah can sustain this level of play…donte is actually not too far out from top 10 as a starting shooting guard…

who knows, maybe josh hart gets some rest over the all-star game break, precious grows 2 inches and gains 20 pounds, deuce learns how to get someone any easy shot…

deuce got the: i’m going to control the ball and try to score now mindset okay…it’s just he has zero gravity affect at the moment…

Combine that with his inconsistent defense and I think he is the place we need to upgrade to take the next step. Everyone else on the starting lineup seems perfect for their role.
