Toronto only has 2 players with an efg%+ over 100: OG & Poeltl. Unlike the Knicks, they also suck at most of the other Four Factors.

Siakam is playing pretty poorly, his OBPM has dropped to 0.8 from 3.3 last year. Siakam has been assisted on 51% of his 2FGs compared to 31% last and has the exact same TS% thanks to shooting only 21% from 3.

On the plus side, it’s Siakam’s 3rd consecutive year having the exact same .565 TS%. Some things are bigger than basketball.

Running the starting offense almost entirely through RJ/Randle/Brunson works really well, but it’s hard to believe that freeing Donte or Grimes for a couple open 3s or running a side PnR every night wouldn’t improve it.
