I know Miami was playing their scrubs but Wemby had some plays in that game that were bonkers. There was a give and go play in particular that looked frighteningly unstoppable. With his height, arm length and vertical leap he’s just able to get up higher than anybody else. Also has great hands, catches everything that comes in his direction.

But the thing that impressed me most was his shooting off the dribble. He couldn’t miss from midrange, there must have been 5 or 6 plays where he created some space with a dribble then easily drained a midrange jumper.

I don’t see anyone ever executing a perfect use of the phrase ne plus ultra on Diecord.

I like the idea of Discord for game threads quite a bit. Seems an excellent and smart compromise.

I will miss the way the site would crash whenever something exciting happened in a game though.

On another note, a very, very sad story of Delonte West in The Athletic. Bipolar just destroys people. I can attest (not me, just folks I’ve known).

If you want to publish the discord link for game threads, that would be cool. The game threads are a little odd with the rest of the content. It might be better for that.
