I thought for sure Phoenix would go for Doc or Young with a locker room that has CP3, Booker, and KD. If the combination of CP3 and Doc can’t keep the team steady as they go through ups and downs, I don’t know who else available that can. OTOH- Vogel won a chip with LeBron and AD, albeit in the bubble. So maybe this is a good hire for them?

Sounds like there is a very good chance that Young remains as a lead assistant basically in charge of the offense, so that sounds almost like the best of both worlds for Phoenix, no?
