trying to get folks to understand what it means to have a nervous breakdown, panic attacks that just go on and on…

it gets so terribly bewildering…my mind swirls like a whirlpool…hard to connect thoughts and ideas together, tougher to put words to it all…

I don’t drive in this condition…not sure if I’ll be laughing or crying 10 seconds in the future…

my body gets hives, I stutter, shake and fidget like a dope fiend…

super blessed to have finally reached out for help last year…

I’ve fallen to pieces, but, I better understand now how to put myself back together…one step at a time…

because the trauma originates from a mugging, I’m hyper-vigilent…

shit, I’m a new yorker, who went though the military, got hit in the head – and forever I’m super paranoid…

fuck, I overshare…I’ll forward all that stuff I’ve been writing over tomorrow…yeah, I’m very detailed…

all you can do is make a plan, take action, and let faith carry you forward for a while…

pizza, chocolate and coca cola…maybe not the healthiest of food choices…is a nice balm…mmmmmm, chocolate chip cookies and cold milk from a glass bottle…
