Sure. I'm just saying that I would much rather have Fox and Sabonis than Fox and Hali. And if you assume Indiana wouldn't have made that deal for Fox, then it becomes whether you'd rather have Hali and whatever you could have gotten a year ago for Fox, at a moment when his value was depressed. (And has arguably been raised by getting to play alongside such a complementary piece.)

I don’t really have a guitar right now with a P90 in it, that’s kind of like my #1 need at the moment.

If you don't need a neck pickup, you can't go wrong with an Eastman SB55. The resonance is crazy. Find a shop in LA that has one and go fall in love. It's THAT good. Feels like Gibson Custom Shop.

There are so many drool-worthy analog synths out there right now.

I bought a Juno 60 in mint condition with a flight case for $500 in 2013. Sold it a few years ago for $2500, which I think would be a steal in today's market. And that said, the new analog synths do the Juno 60 just as well as it does. So many good options. Hell, I've heard good things about the Behringer.

It’s strange that I can get so exited about a game I never studied hard and rarely play.

It's just strange that you get excited to watch 20 consecutive draws in classical time controls. Unbelievably boring. It's all theory for the first, like, 40 moves.

You wanna see fireworks? Watch Chess960 or Blitz Championships. Or Hikaru speedrunning the goddamn Bongcloud Opening up to 3000 blitz ELO. THAT is the good shit.

Nice, Jowles. The Eastman version of the Les Paul looks a lot like my Les Paul Traditional that I got in 2016. Hardware, pickups and finish look very similar. My LP is my workhorse guitar, unspectacular but solid. Probably my most used guitar. The LP Junior copy that Eastman makes looks nice. I don't really have a guitar right now with a P90 in it, that's kind of like my #1 need at the moment.

I also kind of want a shred guitar, like an Ibanez or something, so I can play some metal. I get requests for that sort of thing sometimes and I always have to borrow somebody's shred guitar with the Floyd Rose on it. I'm in the process of starting a SoundBetter page just to make some extra pocket money so I can buy more guitars and synthesizers. There are so many drool-worthy analog synths out there right now.
