Wouldn’t you know it – the Knicks are in LA as I’m in… wait for it… NEW YORK! I flew out last Friday and I’ve so far been btwn Ossining (mom’s place) and Poughkeepsie (sister’s place). I did make it into the Bronx on Saturday to see my brother’s new place, and I was in Manhattan (Bowling Green) yesterday to catch up with an old college friend. First time visiting the new World Trade mall/transit hub. So happy they rebuilt the retail spaces, and I LOVE the roof!

I’ll try to stay up to follow the game tonight. I’m renting a car to head to Albany tomorrow to see some more friends – used to live there from ’05 – ’08. And Thursday it’s onto Syracuse for the wknd.

nice KBPR…we have a really nice store out this way not to far from the house…it’s like stepping in to the mall chain called the Sweet Factory – where in the world did all this candy from…

looks like the big thing lately (at least for vaping, tincture or edibles) is that “live resin” stuff…taking a break on moon rocks for the moment – it’s funny just how fast your tolerance can build up when consuming some of the more potent cannabis products…

the last couple of years i’ve needed to adopt more of a diversified consumption strategy 🙂

When was the last time he even did a press conference?

He’s done exactly one so far (when Thibs was introduced as coach, I believe). The beat writers are not happy about that. Though you really have to go back to Donnie Walsh to find a Knicks exec who talked to the press a lot. But Rose is essentially silent.

I was having a discussion with my pal just now. It’s amazing how Leon is not getting enough credit outside of here. And even we aren’t tooting his horn. When was the last time he even did a press conference?

good point go ny…the only small glimpse we had in to the front office so far was that story about the draft…leon is looking like “the man” right now…

geo: too funny Go NY…from the chatter we heard though the media – it sure did seem like the knicks head coaching position really was thibs’ dream job…

oh man, i still remember thinking how crazy it was that both thibs and mike woodson wanted to come here…i guess the same could be said for kenny payne leaving kentucky and johnnie bryant leaving the jazz…
