All in all, we can go on and on about Lin. The truth is, he just wasn’t that good and probably would not have made much of a difference going forward. I doubt that he would have held up, or played well enough to advance us into the ECG, and the chemistry issues were real. But I would have preferred that Dolan matched.

It’s just that in the long line of grievances I have re: Dolan, not matching that contract is very low on the list. I said so at the time and I still feel that way. Lin went on to have a very mediocre career, so whatever.
