– Terribile body language. It doesn’t look like he’s not motivated, though. It seems like he has feel for the game but doesn’t (yet, hopefully) understand what he needs to adjust to play with grown men.
– Has no speed whatsoever. This is by far the most alarming aspect of his game. The touch around the rim might come, quickness and end-to-end speed rarely do.
– Due to his lack of speed, he can’t dribble past anyone. Maybe his handle will become better (it’s not bad right now; it’s the stance that needs work) but at the moment he won’t be able to drive into the teeth of the defense and kick the ball outside.
– He also can’t overpower anyone (at least at the moment)! And can’t shoot! Definitely too early to call him a bust but red flags keep poppin’ around.
– On defense looks again very slow and doesn’t have any basic idea about “team defense”.
– On the other side, rebounding numbers are good and it’s obvious that the kid has a lot of talent. Our only hope it that he can learn to harness it. Right now he’d be the second-worst player on the regular season roster by a long mile.

both seem to have fairly enjoyable personalitiy traits outside of their jobs…who knows though…

I imagine it would be challenging to have to be openly critical of others performance without sounding like a dick all the time…but, it’s part of your job to critque…
