No one else has ever topped 47 since we’ve been counting possessions. There are only 4 player seasons over 44pts/100possessions: Harden this year, Jordan in 86-87, Kobe in 05-06, and Westbrook two years ago. And Harden is so far out ahead of them this year those are silly comparisons.

My point is that Durant’s USG is lower than it should be, and if he goes to a team where it can be higher, his per game stats will multiply. I find it remarkable you’re taking the other side of that.
