Watching the average NCAA game is a reminder that productive dribble penetration (i.e. resulting in a decent shot attempt) is quite a talent.

Frank can’t do anything out there. He’s useless. Watching him speed down the floor in transition and then dribble back out to behind the arc is disgusting. That should not be a thing that NBA point guards do by default.
