It’s kind of amazing how bad Hornacek was in retrospect, he didn’t seem to really bring anything to the table as coach.

I remember, at the time, saying “Isn’t it kind of odd to hire a guy who is only known for his offensive system and then tell him he has to run a different offensive system?” However, at the same time, I also said that “Hey, at least it wasn’t Kurt Rambis!” However bad Horny was, Rambis would have been much worse.

Opponent eFG% is going to be a major problem for this team. There are a couple of decent defenders on the roster but as usual most Knicks can’t guard anybody. THJ is a grade F defender.

It’s chill though. This is a pretty fun team to watch. This seems like a good situation for Fizdale, he does seem like a mentor type of coach. It’s kind of amazing how bad Hornacek was in retrospect, he didn’t seem to really bring anything to the table as coach.

I still can’t over just HOW bad Timmy’s defense was on that last play. When do you ever see a guy just hold the ball for 10 seconds and then the guy defending him just “ole” him to the basket like that for a game-winner?
