Why the Knicks haven’t given Jabbar a million bucks to teach KP the nuances of a sky hook is beyond incomprehensible to me.

To those of us old enough to remember what a force vintage wilt actually was we remember him as the greatest athlete we’ve ever seen. He just had a perfect body and pure athleticism for any sport.

And Hank Stram was nuts for wanting to make him a tight end in football. How would some 5’11 corner cover him split out wide. Lenny Dawson would have had a 100% completion rate.

It’s so insane. And that’s with shooting like 6 FTA per game with only a 72% average, so he didn’t get the boost in ts% that guys like Curry do shooting 90% on free throws.

It’s honestly amazing that Kareem posted a 60+ TS% on high usage in multiple seasons (peaking at 63! 63!) without shooting a single three. That’s a real testament to his dominant post play, because he wasn’t the same kind of dunker that, say, Shaq was.

I’m sure I have read some posts on reddit that are very jowles-like, and they probably where heavily downvoted.

Someone on r/nba just told me that I was dumb for saying that Deng is washed. Said that if you go back to 2015-16 and earlier it’s clear that he was trending upward and I shouldn’t clutch onto 2016-17 numbers because he wasn’t used correctly. Also that it was a choice to sit him in 2017-18 that had nothing to do with his playing ability. I really hate people sometimes.

Lowry’s statistical profile wasn’t great, but his steal rate jumped off the page. Sexton’s certainly does not. I see him as a future backup.
