Thanks. I’m a grouchy old libertarian white guy that didn’t mind Phil Jackson that much. So I’m often on the opposite side of the consensus. 🙂 But I’m just here because I love basketball and the Knicks. I don’t want to start trouble.

I don’t think there’s anything to be at a fault for, it’s just that the subject is bound to make different arguments come out and they don’t really mix well together.

People have been at each other’s throats much more over stuff like signing Derrick Rose or whatever Frank Ntilikina does or doesn’t in a much worse way hahahah.

That was my fault.

I made the mistake of saying I think Jackson is semi-black balled from being an NBA coach partly because of his religious views given where he coached and how the NBA environment has changed (players used to use derogatory terms and no one blinked an eye. it’s way different now). I should have been wiser and expected that somehow the conversation would take a bad turn. My bad.
