Has anyone seen a technical foul take two possessions like the one Melo got last night. I do not remember a player ever getting a tech like that. I could see if Melo mouth offed or gestured but the ref just waited until he fouled someone to call a ghost Tech.

Johno: I also agree. Did anyone else notice Woodson throwing a fit at Melo when he played the pick and roll and rotated poorly? Like it or not, Melo recognizes that that’s the best type of coach for him. It’s also good to have a coach who doesn’t even let his star off easy for poor defense.

SeeWhyDee77: Who knew we’d be saying “Thank God For JR Smith”? Wow. I know it’s a matter of time before he reverts to the norm..but to see him play under control and within the system ..plus locked in on defense is amazing. Whatever is in his blood right now needs to be extracted and mixed into some super juice for him to sip throughout the season. Wow again. I keep waiting for the knucklehead to take over..but so far he has stayed away. I am impressed..though no one doubted his talent. If this is the JR we’re gonna get for the rest of the season then a top 2 seed is a lock..as long as Melo and our PG’s stay healthy.

Have you watch JR his career because I really haven't. His stat are definitely been up and down. Last year was down year shooting wise and way below career average both TS & 3pt%. He has post TS > 0.600 once before and 3pt > 40% so their some history to back his current performance.
