Man, the Knicks are the weirdest org when it comes to injuries. What exactly was the benefit of calling him day-to-day all these weeks and months?

Sheed being gone is definitely a loss. Hopefully K-Mart can give us some of the same things, although the thing I liked best about Sheed was the he was at least a token floor spacer. Even if his shooting is pretty horrid from deep teams still guarded him out there which made him a decent pair with Tyson in some bigger lineups. It'll be interesting to see how K-Mart fits in.

I don't think keeping Lee would've been an upgrade from Stat, injury history not included. Frankly, I think we fared ok. A Stat/Melo core isn't bad especially with the addition of Chandler.

I mean, the only way to be really good is to be really terrible for a fair amount of time, and Dolan just won't allow that. We'll never get a chance to draft a Lebron or even an A. Davis.

Hell the 'win now' Nets are in much worse shape than us. I just still think we should've leveraged Lin into something better than the crappy signings we ended up with. Ray has been passable, but Kidd is clearly not working and neither is Camby. The summer league was a joke and we got no help from that. JR and Novak have regressed. Even though the Chandler move was great, Grunny really hasn't done anything worthwhile with the bench. We needed one or two surprises for the Melo/Stat core to get over the hump, and I just don't think we were creative enough with all our roster spots.
