http://larrybrownsports.com/basketball/dwyane-wade-kicks-ramon-sessions-groin-video/167544

Dwyane Wade is a lot dirtier than I thought he was, and I have a really low opinion of him as a player. It seems like he's trying to intimidate players because he's losing a couple steps, so the psychological advantage makes up for the physical one he's lost. What a D-bag.

BigBlueAL: He definitely didnt lose it before he got to NY considering the previous 2 seasons he won the championship then followed that up by reaching Game 7 of the NBA Finals.

But being around Isiah and Dolan could definitely make someone alot dumber lol.

yeah, I didn't remember that he came right from DET like that, I thought there was time in between.

I do remember that he was incapable of figuring out a starting lineup in NY, to the point where he let guys start in their hometowns on the road (!!!). he seemed way more interested in power games with Isiah than actually doing the job he was being paid a huge amount to do, he made D'Antoni's time in NY look good by comparison.

Max and Nate,

Nate is an interesting suggestion. Many thanks. I actually think the Nets roster might be suited to a slow offensive team, but if Williams doesn't buy in I doubt it will go anywhere. I know most of this forum will revolt at the thought, but Isiah Thomas was actually a coach that players liked to play for and who could live with a speedy offense ;). Not that I am recommending hiring him.

guys lose it in every profession, Brown lost it before he came to NY (or when he came to NY?), unfortunately for us. I think with basketball coaches, the older you get, the harder it is to connect with the much younger players.

Brown said last summer that the Hornets will win 55 games with Davis this year. . . . .lol god he's an idiot. At their current winning pct of .214 the season only needs to be 257 games long (but with Davis healthy, I'm sure they have a 25+ game win streak in their future)

I am trying to think like Dolan on this, so what if Amar'e really is "done"? This is possible, and there has been a piece floated out there that said the Knicks would take any offer for Amar'e last summer and nobody took the bait. Sooooooo, I know nobody on this board would do this (it's why I like this board) BUT Calderon + Felton + Copeland can get you Bargnani + Calderon (it works on the TradeMachine, checked it). And, I hate to say it, fits in perfectly with the win now approach. Calderon is, at this point, a 6 month rental on an expiring. Don't know how long Barganani's contract is for (whatever it is, it's too long, Wages of Wins did a piece explaining in painstaking detail that Bargs is the least valuable player getting big minutes, ever). If TOR hasn't used it's amnesty, it could get rid of Bargs and get Felton and also rid itself of Calderon's 10 Mil contract, even though it expires soon. Then Toronto can run the slash and brick offense with Felton, DeRozan, Fields and Lowry just to try and bust something out to save Colangelo's job for 5 more months. I am not advocating this, but the trade works.
