Transition defense efficiency/speed (e.g. opponent’s TS% when you’re the only player back on a 2-on-1 break)

TS% on shots (FGs and FTs) taken immediately after a pass
(why does a player not get an assist if he makes a great pass that leads to a missed uncontested dunk/layup, or a foul and two FTs?)
